We saw Get On Your Feet in this theater and enjoyed our visit very much. The show was great and the accommodations even better. They have a ramp for wheelchairs and offer a spacious area for their wheel chair seats. Yes, we will visit again someday for other shows.

Great theater. Not a bad seat in the house and great sound. Enter the theater from the inside which is a plus versus on the street with all the noise and happenings.

This is the second time I have seen a show in this theater. The access is very easy being directly inside the Marriott Marquis Hotel. The theater is more modern in design than many of the older traditional theaters in NYC. It's very simple in design without any fancy architecture but the acoustics are good and there really aren't any... More

My friends and I went to see "On Your Feet" and we simply loved it!! The choreography and singing were amazing. It was our first time at the Marquis and we enjoyed the venue. It is steps away from Times Square.

My wife and I went to see "On Your Feet!" at Marquis Theatre because my wife had never been to NYC, and we were staying on site at the Marriott. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to get great seats at the last minute on Easter Weekend. Further, I found the performance to be very good, in spite of... More

• Maybe it was the half-filled orchestra? • Maybe it was the underwhelming vibe of a 7PM Tuesday night audience? • Maybe it was the gaggle of Long Island women seated behind me talking incessantly throughout the show? • Maybe it was sitting through the unassuming performance of the stand-in for the female lead? Whatever the reason(s), I was hugely... More

Not a great venue.if there was a fire we would all be in trouble. Located inside the Marriott Marquis the escalator could not handle the people. the theater itself had no character

Enjoyed this production, nothing heavy, good singing and acting a very enjoyable evening. Showed to your seat, quickly and efficiently and people talking whilst show was on were soon requested not to by usher. If you want to go to a Broadway show and are on a budget, I think this is one of the less expensive shows to see,... More

You will be moving in your seat as you experience Get on Your Feet, but the show lacks the stature of other Broadway shows. The lead female is amazing but the lead male is sometimes hard to hear as he is not the best singer.

A modern theatre and as a result lacks the ambiance of older venues but at the same time it means it's more comfortable. On Your Feet was excellent. An amazing production.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
