Went with partner and two teen daughters to the golf club/driving range at Chelsea Piers. Wasn’t busy so walked right in. Cool/fun/unique experience for Manhattan and 4 of us took turns in our box for an hour, which was more than enough for us.

Chelsea Piers Is a good place to sit by the Hudson River and have an ice cream or a drink while exploring this area of NYC. My daughter had golf lessons there, they have a huge net you don't hit the balls in the river.Fun.

First time at this Bowlmor, for a work outing. Had a lot of fun with my team and was pleasantly surprised at the pizza. It was very decent! There were other things offered like chicken fingers and hamburgers, but I didn't try those. I was happy enough with the pizza.

We paid 50$ to rent a baseball cage for 30 minutes. No guidance or instructions provided. When we took pictures of our kids we were told to stop immediately or else they would shut fown the cage. When we inquired as to why we were not allowed to take pictures, the answers were „its private property“ and „thats the policy“. Unfriendly, unprofesional, not customer friendly and quite simoly idiotic!
Save yourself the money, go and play in a park!

This is a fabulous non-touristy section that is an enormous activity center. They have bowling, batting cages, golf and boat cruises to entertain the locals.

Chelsea Piers has an amazing amount of activities - bowling, volley ball, a golf range, batting cages, climbing wall, and it is on the water so you've got great views of the Hudson River. There is plenty to do for the entire day!

We booked a cruise on the 1920s Yacht Manhattan. Very affordable, peaceful 2 hour cruise on the Hudson River. The capitan had a very pleasant voice and dictated the history of many buildings and bridges along the cruise. The yacht has two very clean restrooms and the first alcoholic drink is on the house. Half of the yacht is enclosed and half is opened to the air. We sat on the opened half and we really enjoyed every moment of it! The employees were very polite and agreed to take pictures of us when we asked them. You will go under the Manhattan Bridge and come fairly close to the Statue of Liberty! Even if the day is not windy, it will be windy on the boat due to the speed. Advice: don't take a dress, and take a hair clip.

So much history in NYC that going inside the piers is not that big of a deal. However, the sailing excursions that leave this area are wonderful and are highly recommended…..

Atmosphere is cool energetic..clean..but u give ur card and pay at the end..that should have been a flag right there..we played a gem then another then another..and were like hmm shouldn't it be telling us to finish up..usually bowling alleys I go to are for the hour never have I paid per game..I told my bf to not bowl anymore and that I would ask what's goin on she said it 11per game per person..WHaTTTT?..so for four games and show rental 101dollars that's w.o food drinks or anything but each other's company which was great but to pay for less then an hour of bowling was pure robbery and really upset us both..they should have a big price and time sign when u are checking in so u are warned because no one told us and we had no idea..it really put a damper on our moods and our pockets.
