We came to see Beetlejuice. The theater was nice. We had seats on the front and second row on the right side and could see pretty well. There seemed to be plenty of foot room, and I also thought the theater did well with getting everyone in considering the line. My biggest complaint is the staff. They were pretty rude. Yelling at everyone for everything. Also I was trying to stop at the merch stand in the lobby and got in the line and the lady yelled at us to keep moving because there was another inside that wouldn’t be as crowded. She flat out lied. That line was three times as long! If you don’t want people in the lobby just say that but don’t sit and lie that the line is going to be shorter just to get people to move. Very rude how she handled things. Security at the stage door was also very rude (mind you the stage door was wild) - we didn’t stay long but while we were there they were also yelling and screaming at everyone about every little thing. Overall the theater okay but they really need to get their staff trained on customer service.

Our family went to see The Music Man at the Winter Garden Theatre in New York City. We went primarily to see Hugh Jackman but really enjoyed the show. Sutton Foster is certainly very talented and the two lead actors really worked great together. Our seats were in Orchestra R, Row Q and they had a great view of the stage. A large crowd gathered behind the theater to see Hugh Jackman afterwards and he was very gracious with his time. It was a fun show with a great cast and we really enjoyed our visit.

My husband and I flew from Miami to New York last week so that I could finally see Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster in The Music Man at the Winter Garden - I had waited 2 1/2 years since buying the tickets to see the show and it did not disappoint. You have to have your CDC card and ID as well as your ticket to get into the theater. All the staff were very nice, the exception being the stupid man walking around with a sign that says Masks Up. I understand that masks are required in New York theaters at the moment but he treated us like children, the one time mine slipped a quarter of an inch below my nose after having blown my nose, he came right up to me and told me very grimly to lift it back up again. Very OTT in my opinion. The show itself was fabulous, the sound was great, the seats were comfortable and the theatre is beautiful. Hugh and Sutton were amazing as was the whole cast and I highly recommend the show if you are looking for an enjoyable and uplifting night out!

Our last night during our most recent visit in Manhattan included seeing "The Music Man" with Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster. It was earlier this year; March 25th. New York and Broadway was just recovering out of the last wave of covid. So, we were still required to wear masks and proof of vaccination. We were prepared for that in advance. Things have lightened up since then, but we still had a magical experience. How lucky we were to enjoy the play and everything about that. Of course, we also had to "mask up" throughout the performance inside, along with everyone else. We'll never forget the ushers walking up and down the aisles with their "mask up" reminder signs.

Despite it all, we LOVED the Winter Garden and the great revival play. Of course, we've seen the film many years ago with Rober Preston. Still, we enjoyed the revival with Hugh. Each set was magical to us and quite fun and creative. We paid a dear price for our seats, but we got what we paid for. It's a typically sized theater on Broadway and has its own sense of place. It's relatively small and intimate. We've surely seen plays there before but can't recall what.

By now, the play may have moved on again to the road, but we will always remember our time there.

This theatre has been around forever. I have seen shows there, including Beetlejuice earlier this week. Not a bad seat in the house. This time I sat at the far right side of the back of the orchestra section, and the view was fine. I would do it again.

The only warning I would give is that it's really hard to get to the bathrooms on breaks. The hall area is very small for so many people, and the theatre has mastered a winding line managed by the staff.

The desk clerk wasn’t very helpful. I was going to a show at night, so I stopped in during the day to ask what time she suggest I get there before the show. All she said was the doors open a half hour before. I then asked her what time the merchandise store was open and she gave the same answer.

The real answer is that the store opens 2 hours before showtime and that people line up starting probably 2 hours before. I had planned to line up early anyways, but if I knew the store opened that early I would’ve been there even sooner.

As for the seat I had, it wasn’t good. It was right orchestra floor level, but the last row which is located under the mezzanine which blocked a third of my view of the front screen as well as some of the stage. Wasn’t their fault I picked that seat, I should’ve known better, but just mentioning it here so that you don’t make the same mistake I did. I included a pic of the view from my seat to give you an idea.

This was our first Broadway show experience and it was everything we had hoped. Small theater provides almost no bad seats and there were enough bathrooms that a quick trip during intermission was easy. Friendly staff and amazing show!

I was here to see a matinee performance of "The Music Man." Unfortunately, Hugh Jackman was out with COVID, but his understudy, Max Clayton, along with Sutton Foster and the rest of the cast were phenomenal. Overall, it was a very entertaining and joyful rendition of one of the great American musicals.

The Winter Garden is a great place to see a show. It's a smaller theater, so even my seat at the back of the mezzanine had a great view. The seats are comfy, it never felt crowded, and it was really easy to get in an out. Great experience!

Came here to see "Back To The Future". It's beautiful to be in an old theater, but the comfort should be modernized a bit. To get to the washroom is a hassle and the lines are ridiculous during the break. The bar offering is very limited and very, VERY pricey. The traffic of people doesn't flow well in this place.

My first time to a Broadway show and it was exceptional. This theatre is really cool and intimate. Comfortable, great views from any seat.

Staff was friendly inside and outside the theatre ushering folks to seats.

If I had any complaint it was too warm in the theatre but that’s probably because it was 10 degrees outside. So you can be confident the heat works!

Would have preferred some con sessions to be open during intermission but again that’s a small thing.

Would definitely go back to the theatre and if you get a chance to see Music Man you must go!
