We went to a Saturday matinee of the Jersey Boys at the August Wilson Theatre. We had mezzanine seats. The stage has a cat walk - and some of the action is on that upper level - we were well able to see it from the mezzanine. I'm not sure if that would be true for the rear orchestra seats.... More

You don't need to be a Four Seasons fan to appreciate this show. If over a certain age you will know them all, if a little younger you will know a few. Still the set and story line is easy to follow and you will probably research more after, or even buy their greatest hits. Remember they were only teenagers... More

We went and saw this in Oct last year - it was absolutely fantastic and brilliant and the chap who played Frankie was brilliant - from the start it had you on tenterhooks and the cast and singing was excellent from start to finish. I recommend go and see it when in New York you wont be disappointed.

The show is really easy going great story about the Rise of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. All their great songs were showcased. A must see if you like music. The venue is good. Any seat V and back will have an obscured view of the stage. For this show it didn't affect you seeing too much. The cast... More

Beautiful, well maintained theater! Picked up tickets at TKTS, two aisle seats in orchestra off to the side. Seats/view were excellent! Perfect. Friendly staff. Loved the show, and would love to come back to this theater.

Native New Yorker now living in South FL, 1st Broadway show...A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! The Jersey Boys is a MUST SEE when in NY. Nostalgic, flowing, some of the greatest performers, cozy, clean, old school theatre. Purchased our tickets at the Times Square TIX at 50% off for a Saturday 2PM showing, seats were front and center, almost on the stage... More

My Wife and I came here on a date night during our visit to New York. I had never seen anything close to a Broadway show. We got our tickets through TKTS at a discounted rate but they were still expensive. We were in row O on the main floor, 3rd and 4th seat in. I'm a bit tall and... More

The Theatre we thought hosted a very good show: Jersey Boys. The props, backstage lighting, co-ordination and choreography were all spot on and ran smoothly throughout the evening with no problems. We sat on the middle row which were good seats with adequate room to sit and enjoy the show. There is never enough leg room in old theatres so... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
