We went to see War Paint at this older, iconic theater on 41st Street. The show was a great story of two women mavericks, trailblazers in the cosmetic industry in the early days. The story was quite engaging and informative.

Decided at the last minute to try to get tickets from the box office for this musical. Was drawn by the 2 big name stars. Got lucky and scored a couple of 3rd row centre seats discounted. Very enjoyable production. Was not disappointed. The seats...More

Saw Warpaint today and was thrilled with the production. From stunning costumes, jewelry, great music and acting.....this is one timely musical about the innovative Helena Rubinstein and Elizabeth Arden, their competitive businesses as CEO’s of their companies. Fantastic!!! Go to Lottery Broadway for same day...More

This play was truly wonderful, taking us back to a time of elegance and style. Superb performances, had no problem with sound, could understand every word. Didn't want it to end.

The theater is small, which is nice, and nicely decorated. However, we saw War Paint, and the sound was awful. We couldn't understand a lot of the words being sung. Also, if you're tall, beware. The space between the rows is very tight. My knees...More

A musical with Patti Lupone and Christine Ebersole was quite dull, The secondary actors aside from the 2 male supporting actors were none existent.

An outstanding play. Great story. Staged in 1935 New York, deals with the ruthless business competition between Elizabeth Arden and Helena Rubinstein. Don't miss it
