Typical Broadway theatre, tight seats, friendly ushers, great acts. I went to see Kirstin Chenoweth who never disappoints.

Great theatre with good seats wherever you sit. Easy access and the show was excellent. Would highly recommend

Went here to see Pretty Woman, not big theater so think will have good seat where-ever you sit. But we had seat in orchestra pit and was only 7 seats from stage - fabulous views.

The 100 year old theatre is nice enough to look at. However, the seating is very tight with little legroom. The aisles and stairs are barely adequate, be prepared for a slow exit. The staff handled the COVID vaccination check quickly.

We went to the Nederlander to see Pretty Woman last Saturday and sat in the mezzanine. To get to your seat you have to climb 3 sets of steep stairs and when you get all the way up there the seats are so close together that it is uncomfortable. You find yourself touching a total stranger who is sitting next to you. It is very high up close to the ceiling and there is a slant so you feel almost top heavy. The theater is old and needs a redo. There is nothing pretty about this theater at all. But if you want to see good plays you have no choice but to go there some time or other.

This is the worst theatre in New York if you are over 5 feet tall. Sitting in the seats is unbearable. There is so little leg room that you can’t even cross your legs. It’s was designed for children.
Even through the men’s bathroom was renovated, there’s isn’t even enough room to stand in there as the partitions are so close together. Again, designed for children and not adults.
Unless you want to spend your time there in pure torture, do not go.

If you sell a seat with a restricted view say so especially at premium price! I understand that if you choose to sit in row A of the mezzanine that there will be a bar across the front for safety reasons. However I do not expect it to cut right across my line of sight chopping the cast in half when front of stage. Ruined what was a wonderful show. Also do you really need to charge $27 for a water and two beers? Complete rip off with bar staff who don’t listen and clearly wanted to be somewhere else.

We went to see Pretty Woman and it was an amazing show that was true to the original film! We had been advised that the seats would be a little cramped, but we didn’t feel that they were and they certainly didn’t spoil the evening. Seats are more expensive that the West End, but its Broadway and the experience is awesome!

The play was brilliantly acted by Patty Lupone and Christine Ebersole. It chronicles two luminary female entrepreneurs during the 1950s, when that was a nearly impossible task for women. Loosely based on their lives, the play takes the liberty of having rivals Helena Rubenstein (Lupone) and Elizabeth Arden (Ebersole) actually meet. The staging and costuming are outstanding.
Be aware, however, that the seats in the theatre even in the orchestra make flying coach seem roomy! There is no legroom whatsoever, and the width of the seat was meant for an anorexic or three-year-old. If you are a double amputee that weighs 70 pounds, you should be comfortable.
