Excellent, informative and perfect tour of the 9/11 site. Our guide, Daniel, was passionate about the topic and it came out in his guided tour. He was super knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions. It was a definite highlight!

The personal approach to this tour from someone who lived through the events of 9/11 as a young child made the tour so very real for us. Nathalie was honest and interesting whilst very obviously committed to telling the story as fully as possible.

Elizabeth was fantastic - the stories she told (many from her personal experience of 9/11) brought tears to our eyes ! She had us in her thrall and our subsequent visit to the Observation Tower was an anti climax, albeit also great.

Yes you need tickets. The tour and museum are separate. Some people just wanted the tour. We did both for additional cost. It $69 total for both of them. Museum was well worth seeing.
