It's very uncommon that I write reviews but I have to give this place it's credits! Staff very friendly and attentive. Cleanliness was 100% and the whole atmosphere was amazing. Me and the girls even talked about doing this spa annually, but you may see me in two months for my anniversary:)

On visits to places such as Greece, Italy, and England I had the chance to see artifacts from ancient baths. The baths were important places throughout ancient times. Some had a reputation for healing and rejuvenating a person. I couldn’t help but imagine what the baths must have been like. The Aire Experience in New York City brings that idea... More

My 25 year old daughter and I went here for a two hour package 5-7pm on a Saturday night. It was a very pleasant experience and we felt it was in line with the price point paid. It was not over crowded at all. We usually were only sharing a pool with 2-4 other people. We had the steam room... More

Go there and experience the most relaxing and rejuvenating place in New York. I hope to return to Aire every single future trip to NYC. I am sorry the trip ended before I could go a second time. A blissful place that pours you back out into the city with a blissful outlook on life.

Was really excited to check out the NYC version of AIRE after visiting their Barcelona outpost a few times -- which is simply amazing. So much so that we invited one of our friends who lives in NYC to come along with us. But after our experience here, we probably wouldn't return, and I doubt she would, either. We arrived... More

Wow, in reading the great reviews of Aire Ancient Baths, I felt like I must have gone to some other Aire Ancient Baths. I was given a gift certificate by my family who said it looked really good and the reviews were excellent. Well, let me tell you, it wasn't. I use spas all the time and this was incredibly... More

We went here for a bathe and massage as a couple. There were more people than I expected in the bathing area however it was still relaxing. Massage was fantastic. Change room facilities were great with hair driers and straighteners.

Myself and two friends planned a spa day to celebrate two of our birthdays. My friend called to make appointments several weeks in advance on a Saturday. Come to find they only had 9:00 am appointments available. Two of us decided to go with the 9:00 am appointment for massage and the other just was going to use the bath's... More

In the middle of my one hour massage I heard this terrrible noise - it was a was the spinning of a dryer right above the massage area. I mentioned it to one of the ladies in the locker room, she said "its coming from the laundry room--people complain all the time, you should mention it to management at the... More

Staying in TriBeCa

Neighborhood Profile
What’s in a name? In this case it is the unique title of “Triangle Below Canal Street” that became a popular nickname in the 1970s. An attractive neighborhood filled with handsome lofts on the edge of the Financial District, this lovely slice of Manhattan offers plenty of fine dining experiences and art galleries. Plus, it’s home to the city’s most exciting film event, the Tribeca Film Festival, that takes place here every year. TriBeCa is a great place to take a leisurely stroll before stopping into one of the many local restaurants or bars for a satisfying meal and cocktail. You’ll see families out for an afternoon walk, and don’t be surprised to come up with the occasional celebrity sighting. With such a great vibe, many of the city’s most famous residents call this neighborhood home.
