OMG, candy land!!!

Jelly beans, lollipops, chocolate, gummies, OMG. A must for sugar lovers anywhere. In addition to the candy-filled bottom two floors there is a restaurant on the second floor. The... read more

Everything was amazing from the time you walk in! All of the children's faces were lit up like it was Christmas the whole time we were there!! They have an extensive menu with food and the largest ice cream sundaes I have ever seen!! It was definitely the highlight of my daughters birthday trip to New York!!!

We had lunch upstairs in the restaurant. The food was nice enough but there was a serious delay before our meal was served and the fries were undercooked. The shop is as you would expect. Huge range, helpful staff and OTT prices for some items.

Wow! Not only does this store have a huge selection of candy, it's so pretty - just as much of a treat for the eyes as well as the stomach! It can be pricey but looking is free!

Stopped by after being recommended by friends. So much fun! Loads of random flavours (eg pizza chocolate). Like no sweet shop I've been to in the UK. Great place for souvenirs. Not too far from Central Park either - stop off on the way.

For our eight year old this was like visiting a temple, sugar everywhere and lots of it, however it can be pricey. One tip is to buy one of the containers and fill it with sweets, if you wanted to claw back some value then hit the jelly beans as you can fill a small paint can for $16. Coming... More

Jelly beans, lollipops, chocolate, gummies, OMG. A must for sugar lovers anywhere. In addition to the candy-filled bottom two floors there is a restaurant on the second floor. The thing is, for families on a budget this might not be such a good idea because it's easy to spend a lot. Overall, I'd say Dylan's Candy Bar is a better... More

Dylan, daughter of Ralph Lauren, has created the ultimate in sweet treats with this delicious store. The smell of candy as you walk through the door is enough to make you see all 3 floors from the sit in area on the top to the chocolate fountain in the basement. They also sell novelty gifts and sweet inspired clothes for... More

We went to Dylan's candy bar to kill some time while we were in the city with our 3 sons, ages 12, 10 & 4. We were seated in the cutest cupcake table right by the window with an awesome view! The kids had bwru cute ice cream treats and my husband and I got nachos and a pretzel, all... More

Very cute place, fun but crowded and expensive. Worth a visit if you have a nostalgic love of candy or if you have candy-loving kids.

If you want Candy you don't get in the U.K then you have to pay a visit to Dylan's. We went on a 'candy spree' which is basically a pic and mix but using a mock paint can! Fill it with as many sweets as you can but selection is great so make sure you look around before filling to... More

Staying in Upper East Side

Neighborhood Profile
Upper East Side
Combining quiet residential neighborhoods that have easy access to Central Park with world-famous cultural institutions, the Upper East Side is one of the most livable places in the city. Along beautiful Fifth Avenue, you’ll find Museum Mile, which houses many of the nation's most famous attractions in a single stretch, like The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Guggenheim Museum. Walk a few blocks into the neighborhood, and you’ll come to Park Avenue, the poshest address in the city, lined with grand apartment buildings as far as the eye can see. Even if you can’t afford the luxury goods along Madison Avenue, it’s still a great spot to window shop an afternoon away.
