Amazing views and informative tour guide with many tidbits regarding history of sites and cities. Staff was courteous but food is New York expensive and not memorable. Would recommend everyone do it once

Took four of my kids (ages 13-21) for this your around half of Manhattan Island. It was a cool and overcast day, but this is still one of the best things to do in the city. The ride gets close to the Statue of Liberty, and the onboard your guide is full of historical factoids about so many parts of the city.

Circle line has partnership with Big Bus tours yet declined us from entering the tour twice after providing the documentation we were given by Big Bus tours. The staff is rude and unhelpful. They do not have a supervisor willing to help or resolve by any matters issues they might run into as part of this. We were mistreated and denied entrance twice. They are awful and I do not recommend then. We wasted half a day trying to solve the issues with the ticket. Will never use them again! Some of these tour services do not take responsibility for the services they provide they rely on the customer to figure their issues out and unwilling to refund!

The tour was lead by an informed and entertaining host—sure the jokes weren’t perfect but it was still very fun. I am a native New Yorker and have never seen NYC quite like this before. All the known and little known landmarks were mentioned (many of which I hadn’t even heard of) and made for great photographs and memories. Would highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for an all encompassing view of NYC.
