It's a beautiful facility! Because it is so accessible by people walking and taking the trains and buses, there didn't seem to be the gridlock leaving that there is at other places. It has around 20,000 seats for a concert. We were in the back right and it was great. I would have liked to have been closer, but you... More

Well what a venue for anything because if their great sound system and seating comfort. But to be there for a NYPD Graduation Ceremony makes this so much more special. Best venue in the country for events!

Great concert venue! We have seen two concerts here and it is always a great time. The 200 level seats are fairly high and steep if you are not in the first few rows of the 200's but you still have the massive tv's to see the stage. Sound is always on point.

Bought tickets for Billy Joel @ Madison Square Garden, so happy I did, great gig, Billy didn't disappoint, played all his hits for over two hours. Had a special guest Mr Tony Bennett who was celebrating his 90th birthday, we sang happy birthday to Tony Bennett!!! Sending a shout out to Aussie bass player Andy Cichon, you rock Andy!!!

So I'm a huge Knicks fan & #1 John Starks fan... but I wasn't able to schedule my trip during basketball season....so we did the All Access tour. It was awesome & John Starks dunk on Michael Jordan is immortalized on the wall!! The Garden is beautiful!!! If you're a Knicks,Liberty, or rangers fan u should do hands down!!!!

Come to shows here all the time. It's very easy to get into once you're in the city. The sound was great, however, the seats are a little small. I'm short, only 5'7, and my knees were practically in the persons head in front of me. Other than that not many complaints. The two things that would have made it... More

Have been to the Garden main venue for concerts but never knew about the theater. Small intimate place inside the garden. Really not a bad seat in the house. Acoustics were fantastic. Saw Buddy Guy and Jeff Beck and was a fantastic show. They have a separate seat map for ticket purchases. Great night.

Perhaps it was because we had a great tour guide, but I really enjoyed all the "behind the scenes" snippets. It was just over an hour and very interesting.

Attended Madison Square Gardens to watch Justin Bieber. Final concert of American leg of "purpose" tour. Very easy access into concert - great arena and no queuing to get out. Friendly, helpful staff and lovely and clean venue - fabulous!!!

Seriously the best concert I've ever been to, Billy Joel is awesome, performed for over 2 hours! Tony Bennett sang a song too, what a great surprise! Sat in the 3rd row 400 section, not bad to sit behind, all glass and screens, you can see very well!
