What a city!

Great view from so many different places. Right from the moment you fly in to the Liberty Island ferry.

If you want a great view of the Manhattan Skyline, I recommend going to the observation tower at the top of One World Trade Center.

Brilliant view especially if you can see it for nothing from the Staten Island Ferry. The new World Trade Centre buildings are attractive and will soon be as recognisable as the twin towers. Definitely worth doing and you can walk easily to ground zero when you get off the ferry.

New York is a beautiful city that never sleeps. One can find many street activities and eateries all over the place. This place is quite expensive.

You must get above the concrete and glass forest to see beyond the trees. You must get to the top of one if not all of these buildings to really take in the city from North to south and East to West. You will not be disappointed by the views.

The NYC skyline is iconic and you cannot help but to be in aw. Whether you see it from NJ, Brooklyn, a boat, a room or central park it is really amazing. It is an amazing place and the size of the city and skyline is crazy. We try to enjoy every moment of the views while in New York... More

Beautiful when you see it for the first time, take pics, and remember when you saw it from Ellis Island, such a great location.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
