As you descend the marble staircase to the relaxing aroma of scented candles, make note that this was the former entry to the 33rd street subway station from years ago. You enter the quiet serenity of Oasis, named Favorite Day Spa in NYC by the readers of Spa magazine which has 19 deluxe treatment rooms and a private event space for parties. This location also features acupuncture and Breathe Easy dry salt therapy.

Men's and women's changing areas have all the amenities including showers, sauna and private lockers. Clients will be provided with a comfy robe and sandals and can relax before or after treatments in our beautiful relaxation room featuring an herbal tea bar and snacks. Catering is available to parties of six or more.

Our reception and retail area carry a wide variety of spa, skin, body care lines and gift items to bring the Oasis experience home.

Booked Oasis Day Spa and it's evident why they are rated highly. The facilities were excellent. Decor was apt for the mood desired and very clean. The staff were very professional and attentive. I chose the express spa treatment (facial and massage) and both were excellent. I highly recommend Oasis Day Spa for relaxation and rejuvenation.

This was our second time here for a couples massage for our anniversary and we will continue to come back every year. The ambience is incredibly relaxing and peaceful (you literally have no idea you're in the middle of Manhattan when you're inside) and both times I've had amazing massages.

Very nice, spacious spa. Smells delicious from the moment you walk in! My mom and I both received body wraps, scrubs, and massages. Everything was great. Kathleen did my scrub and wrap and she was very informative about all the stuff she was using and how the process goes, as well as very sweet. Leslie did my 90-minute massage and... More

Had high expectations, massages were good not great. Shower water temps fluctuated greatly, so we got burned in the shower, not relaxing ending.

I'm not usually a massage person, but wanted to go for a relaxing experience with my mom and sister before my wedding. After seeing many places near my parents' apartment in Midtown were booked, my mom found Oasis, and we were all so glad we went. The entrance is sort of on the side of a larger building, but as... This spa is pristine and I love the smell as you walk in... Very inviting. Everyone is so pleasant and accommodating. Amazing muscle meltdown massage by Laura. She paid attention to the areas where I needed extra pressure. This was my second time at this location and I will definitely be back! Also make time to relax in the sauna... More

Scheduling was very easy and upon arriving, I was greeted promptly. I was led to the women's area and was told to chose a locker. Some of them were not working which was a nuisance to find one to use. The bathroom was very clean and the waiting room, though a bit cramped, was still pleasant and well stocked. Massage... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
