We were staying at a hotel near this pub. We visited on a number of times for a drink, or two!! Loved the pub had a great atmosphere and the staff and clientele were all friendly. One time we were there when the raiders were playing the patriots and the raiders unexpectedly won. It was full of raiders supporters and we ended up in the middle of a party. Great fun

What a fantastic place! Many great bars in NYC but were drawn back like a magnet. The hosts Fergal and Sean, supported by Adam, Katie and Jackie were all top notch. Great choice of beers and spirits, well priced. Clean toilets. What’s that Blur song???

I visited Peter Dillon’s because it was the nearest bar to my hotel.Got chatting to the 2 Irish barmen.Sorry I cant mind there names.Great fellas.Got chatting about music and they played a few of my requests. Thanks again lads.Guinness was outstanding each time and I had quite a few. All staff and customers were very friendly.Highly recommend going here to watch a Raiders game(it is a raiders bar as the customers American barman proudly stated)as the atmosphere was fantastic.Loud and very enthusiastic patrons.Only 2 blocks from Grand Central Station. Will definitely visit again when next in town.

If you’re staying in Midtown Manhattan you have to swing by his place. It has happy hour between 4 and 7 PM. The prices are outstanding: Stella, shock top, etc. at five dollars and then shots of Jamison for four dollars. The staff are sassy, sassy, and more sassy. They sing to the music — which is of course the best ever: 80s. The saucy bar keep reminds us that there is NO FOOD… And she — rightly —doesn’t apologize for it, while singing along. (She would be queen of any karaoke bar.)
Next to us sits a dude from London who explains this was his fourth time coming here...because it is “just like Cheers… But better.”
There’s a red door above which says, “Confessions 5 to 7 PM daily.” Cheeky without explanation or apology.
Now they’re playing “Teenage Wasteland” and it’s not wasted on the clients and I have to get back to my drink. Don’t you wish you were here, already?

Great location nearby Grand Central Station, on the 40th between Lexington and third. Nice selection of draft beer with a comfortable roomy space for drink and playing pool. Great services with friendly staffs too.

This is a true pub, a place for those who like drinking cold pints, chatting, having fun, watching soccer/football and others sports. Occasional Karaoke nights and live music. Pool billiard. Nice place to chill out and meet people. Bartenders are friendly. I wish they had some food for purchase, they do not have it but they allow food from other places to be brought in.

We went here cause we saw the board advertising karaoke sat night. The crowd was fantastic! The bartender was great! I wish I lived closer cause this would be my favorite neighborhood bar! Great place to hang out and have an easy laid back night of fun!

We were staying in the Bedford hotel which is just up the street so this was our place to go every night of our holiday and it was great. We met some great people here and really enjoyed the company. The pub had multiple TV's with sky sports on so we were even able to get a couple of Premier league matches while we were there. It also has a pool table, live bands and karaoke. It doesn't sell food but they have a pile of takeaway menus if you do get hungry. Great pub will definitely be back.

We stumbled into Peter Dillon's after a long flight three doors up from our Hotel. We were treated to a warm welcome by the bar and friendly conversation from both the staff and the locals. The bar was exceptionally well stocked and the atmosphere was buzzing, friendly and fun.
Brilliant fun at happy hour and well priced drinks. As Dan44444 said in his review there was no food on offer but the staff were more then willing to pass out the take-out menu's and order food for you.
If you want a casual drink and a chance to chat to a wide variety of New York'rs I couldn't think of a better place.
