Worth seeing but keep an open mind

I saw this with a friend -my first Broadway show on my first trip to NYC. Loved it but it may not be for everyone - you need to keep an open mind.

It was wonderful to say the least. Great songs, great dancing, and some very funny satire that is what it is and doesn't pull any punches. Typical South Park, so if that bothers you don't go, the tickets are hard enough to get any way.

My boyfriend picked this musical for us to see on Broadway as he'd heard good things about it and was created by the creatures of South Park. I hadn't heard much about it but decided to give it a go. Well I loved every minute of it. The cast were fantastic and the songs were hilarious! Elder Cunningham was easily... More

Enjoyed this musical, but I must say that I didn't find it as amazing as many others. It was very good but just not quite as much fun as I had expected.

If you're faint of heart, this isn't the theater experience for you. The Eugene O'Neil theater is just perfect, small and intimate, our mezzanine seats did not take away from the viewing. The acoustics are splendid. Not one note or nuance was lost. The satirical, raunchy content reminds me of my love for The Daily Show (Oh, how I miss... More

I didn't find it funny at all! I have a keen sense of humor, snark, and I speak fluent sarcasm, but this was just lame. There were talented singers, but the script was crap!

This play does not even merit a review it is so awful. If you like fart jokes and making fun of disabled people go see it. Otherwise skip!!

Great play. Trademark southpark style humor. I laughed from start to finish and thoroughly enjoyed the whole show.

Would absolutely NOT recommend. This show has a strange amount of hype for something that is not particularly funny and very poorly executed. Lacks any talent to speak of voice-wise. There was always someone out of time and the performers lacked any sense of enthusiasm. In terms of its supposed 'hilarity' — the jokes rely on being outrageous to be... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
