Letterman Emmy-winner Ted Greenberg performs his hit Off-Broadway comedy show and then whisks a lucky audience member home in a New York City taxi driven by Greenberg himself. Now in its 6th smash season at the Soho Playhouse located in the heart of Manhattan nightlife. The New York Times says, "Greenberg's mostly one man show is drawing crowds" while Back Stage raves that the show is "outrageously funny."

Totally silly and totally hilarious. Best value for money entertainment in town. Relax enjoy and go with the flow. Was not lucky enough to win the cab ride home but did get married. He truly is a leader in excellence

We went to see this show as part of my husband's birthday celebrations in New York. We think Ted should do a world tour - and take Mascot along too! A really fun evening, topped off by winning the cab ride back to our hotel. Lovely atmosphere during the show - very friendly and warm people.

Went with friends to see this show and won a free cab ride home with Ted! Grab a bunch of friends and go. We had a great time. His show is unique and his comedy is very Steve Martin-esque. Highly recommended.

The performance is so bad, the jokes so blah, the magic so not magical... That it's funny. It seems Ted is a nice guy, but our party of 4 thought the show was just bad. However it turned out we had a great time laughing, that is the only reason I gave it 3 stars. We were glad we didnt win the taxi ride at the end! But of course, for $20 in NYC you can't expect much...

If you wanna watch a weird and abnormal comedy show in NYC, go see this one. Its funny and very far out. Ted takes narcicism to probably the highest level ever seen.

Ted Greenberg's The Complete Performer is an excellent show that mixes humor, magic and performance art. The 60-minute, fast-paced high-energy performance kept us laughing and engaged. The audience eagerly participated because Ted is so genuinely likeable. Given the very reasonable ticket price, the show is an excellent value. Plus, if you happen to win the post-show cab ride with Ted at the wheel (we did!), the comic experience continues all the way to your next NYC destination. The show is great fun for everyone--singletons, couples and groups.

Ted gave a great show for us on our last trio to NYC We were there with our 2 dauhters (in their 20's) and one of their boy friends. Lots of laughs and some good hearted kidding. Ted has a way of interacting with the audience but not making you feel uncomfortable. Very funny guy.

Imagine a spontaneous comedy/improv/magic show in your friend's big basement with a decent bar, featuring an Emmy winning comedy writer! That's what this show is. We went with friends from Brooklyn and our kids (18, 14 and 11). The show riffs off the audience members very effectively and with great mirth but not to the derision of anyone. Everyone loved it, perfect length (one hour flat) and a great deal (20 bucks). As the Aussies would say (and we are from Toronto), "Good on, Ted!" (And I won't describe how our 11 year old tried to take over the show and how well Ted handled it). And our friends from Brooklyn won the cab ride home!

If you want to laugh yourselves silly and have an unusual evening, head to Ted Greenberg's show at the Soho Playhouse. Eight of us celebrated my husband's birthday at the show and are still talking about it. We have adopted Ted's nicknames for us and the free drink makes it the best deal in Manhattan. We were lucky enough to win the cab ride home and were happy to report that Ted's driving was smooth and safe!!

Ted has a terrifically fun show, gets lots of laugh, relies on audience interaction, and offers a free drink and a shot at a free cab ride home driven by Ted himself...determined by the salad spinner of destiny. Truly a wonderful hour! Thanks Ted! We'll be back! Maybe we'll win that ride....maybe not!
