Everything was perfect until getting on the bus, at this point, Kevin the tour guide was nothing but a tour destroyer. Kevin was our tour guide, however, he was very confrontational and aggressive, English was not my first language, so after 'requesting' if he could slow down his speech just a little, he started to make fun of me for not being able to understand. After accepting he will not accommodate me, i decided to not ruin my day and continued enjoying the drive around new York, he then approached me again and became very confrontational and aggressive about why i asked him to slow his speech down when nobody else seemed to have complained. I then reassured him, it was only a "request" to slow his speech down because english is not my first language, something i thought he might be used to considering the tour bus is designed for tourists from all over the world with different levels of English. Finally, I'm assuming he was still upset due to the "REQUEST' i made, he was still trying to find ways to ruin my day, he approached me again and this time threatened to have me escorted off the bus for blogging because he felt i was being loud. Absolutely horrendous tour guides who only cater for english speaking tourists. Disgraceful and borderline racist.

I never got to take the tour because of the virus I had to cancel my trip what cost 180 dollers for the 2 of us. I was lead to believe I would get a refund if I cancel up to 24hours I gave 10 days notice and they still haven't refunded me I ask several time but no one will get back to me concerning this matter I feel robbed and very disappointed.

Having no live tour guide made the experience dull. The headphones didn’t stay in my ears and the jack they plugged into was fuzzy. Half the time we couldn’t hear what was happening and missed out on learning anything about NYC. We sat and waited at the Liberty Bell spot for an hour and no bus went by to hop back on, making us have to pay for an Uber and miss our uptown bus by 5 mins. Just overall not worth the money.

We had tickets for a different company which neglected to inform us that they are not currently running ANY tours. We could have waited hours and hours for a bus to appear but resourceful enough to call Grayline to learn that. Fortunately, we spoke to Misbah Saley, who represents Big Bus in Times Square, who was most helpful. Big Bus accepted our tickets from Grayline. We were able to get on the bus and enjoyed ourselves. Thank you, Big Bus.
