All Saks Fifth Avenues are horrible if there is a problem with an order not received or any problems after making a purchase. The store is a half way decent store to make a purchase. Good customer service is how well you are treated when...More

What can I say. Worth 5 stars for the amazing light show and window dressings. Absolutely stunning and made my holiday complete. It reminded me very much a mainstreet in Disney World. If you went in store they had a fantastic view of the Rockafella...More

We moved from the Rockefeller Christmas tree to Saks for the Light show on the Christmas Eve. The show was brilliant, worth all the hassles of being pushed around in the crowded street. Kids would certainly love this. It's indeed a treat to see each...More

Went in to have a look around major refurb going on at the moment on the 1st floor. Its very expensive and when we visited there was more staff than customers in the store.

The outside of the store has a wonderful Xmas light show, it is worth coming to see. Inside is like many other stores in the area.

Visited the weekend after thanksgiving and happened across Saks by mistake when walking back to our hotel. First off, so many people on the streets watching and then wow, what an impressive light show on the front of the store. Definitely something to see if...More

The Saks Fifth Avenue store is their flagship store. Very high end brands available. The perception is that their customers are not price conscious as the prices of items are more expensive than other stores. The store is under restoration so it’s challenging to get...More

Boxing Day at San Francisco! (5 Replies)
will there be any sale going on on Boxing Day? I know the sales during Black Friday is crazy! (wish I'm there now!) Any suggestions which mall to hit first? I heard that Saks Fifth Avenue sale on Boxing Day is better than Neiman. Is that true?

Yes, Boxing Day (for those who don't know, it is the day after Christmas, December 26th) has special sales. But there are a few things to watch out for. First is the large amount of folks tyring to return items and exchange them for other items. Also, the popularity of Gift Card has been increasing each year, so you have a lot of folks who will want to spend them. So stores will be very busy places. My suggestion, but the local paper on Christmas Day, and check out the ads and...More

Please make other suggestions/ideas of things for us to do. We arrived on 12/21/17 and we leave on 12/27/17 (Wednesday) at 7pm. I will list...More
