Well, after four different customer service agents assured me over the course of the last week that my wedding dress would be shipped and arrive on time for my scaled-back covid wedding, it indeed will not. As I suspected, it's not a covid delay, it's not because it's being shipped from a store, and it's not a number of other excuses they gave me for why it hadn't shipped in over two weeks. They never had it in stock to begin with, and finally, after keeping me on the hook all this time, my order was cancelled with an impersonal email and a 10% off coupon with just 4 days left before my wedding day. Do not shop at Bergdorf Goodman online!

I bought a Moncler jacket on 4/28/2020 for 1096 dollars and it was lost. BG representatives were rude and told something that was untrue. They just wanna get rid of the responsibility of replacing the item. The man in the executive office was rude as well. He won't listen to you. He was impolite and unprofessional. I got hurt.

I was told in December that I was getting a gift card for the expensive Moncler jacket that I purchased three days before a gift card event. I suggested that I could return the coat and repurchase for my order to be qualified for the event. An associate told me that I didn't need to do so - I could get the gift card in 6-8 weeks. I called them in March and was told that I was not going to get the gift card because my order did not qualify, and the person who talked to me gave me the wrong information. This company is dishonest and inconsistent. I would avoid it.

I was greeted as soon as I came in thru the 5th avenue entrance by a young man, the frangrance dept was very helpful esp the Jo Malone counter....Chanel on the other hand I was greeted by one person when I told them it was for a pickup the SA perked up....I also asked about the medium flap which I am think about purchasing it on my next visit I need to think about the 5K price.. All in all some SA’s have an attitude in the store like there mad at the work end stuck up.. I love my luxury items but after a few more purchases of items I want from various boutiques I will be done I have enough bags to last me a while

I actually really sincerely wanted to find a dress and that the only salesperson who seemed to be in the evening gown department was disinterested in helping was just plain rude. Found her, asked for her help. She kind of shrugged her shoulders with NY disdain and basically offered no help. Extremely disappointing. Felt a little like the Pretty Woman (and no, I am not Julia Roberts) experience when she shops on Rodeo Drive and is shunned because she doesn’t look high end (to say the least) and winds up spending a bazillion dollars in a store where she is helped...yes, I found a dress at Saks with help and cheer and no I am too good to help you attitude. Shame on you Bergdorfs. Too busy helping the 1% of the 1% to see the rest of us.
