The area

Address
Neighborhood: Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

Breakfast at Tiffany's is very special
Right from the start, this place is amazing. The store is stunning with beautiful jewellery but the Blue Box cafe is just as jaw droppingly beaufiful. Service is outstanding and the cream tea is delicious. Yes its expensive, but was a real treat and definitely a highlight of our New York trip.

    Time to spoil the family
Took the opportunity to visit their flagship store, not realising it was multiple floors. Attentive staff ensured you were provided with the appropriate product range and service, making you feel appreciated. Offered refreshments, which was welcome given the heating in the store.

Worth a visit to be so close to the classic beauty of Tiffany's!
The store is gorgeous - beautiful to walk around and includes an art exhibit on the top two floors with welcoming and helpful staff. Price-range wise we were sticking to the 5th floor silver jewelry, which is still a splurge; the customer service on that floor wasn't as good as I would have expected. We gave up on the accessories section because no one would help us even after we asked; we did eventually get assistance in picking out a couple pieces of silver jewelry and the woman helping us was perfectly nice, though the staff on that floor in general seemed to have an attitude. Definitely worth a visit even if you don't buy anything - it's Tiffany's after all!

    Wonderful
Classic and wonderful! Visited both the Blue Box Cafe and the Tiffany Store. Blue Box Cafe: lovely food, nice service, a bit noisy, very cool and beautiful interior design. Tiffany Store: beautiful, so much interesting pieces of art, friendly staff. Bought similar bracelets for me and my daughter - a happy memory to cherish after coming back to our home in Finland.

Terrible customer service. They will spend all the time in the world making a sale, but God forbid should something happen to the item which it will since their quality doesn't match their price, be prepared to run around and be put on hold multiple times. Even though they have stores worldwide they work individually so if you take a gift overseas and have an issue, forget about it. It's as good as throwing money down the drain. Please walk to another jewelry store, you will get much much better service. I called them, was put on hold multiple times, sales guy parroted the same response and was so unhelpful and actually acted like he was doing me a favor by offering to fix my item literally a week after I bought it. Their signature post doesn't work. The earring fell off and we were lucky to even find it. This was my first purchase and will be my last.

I had been to the Hudson Yard store the night before my 50th birthday to pre-emptively choose what to spend my money on! The service there from Terace Jones was exemplary. Regrettably I was not in that area the following day, so we went to the temporary flagship store, off 5th Ave. So many staff to so few customers (early days of the Coronavirus), yet only one member of staff bothered to interact. What should have been a special and memorable occasion (I was choosing a purchase for my special birthday), was actually very flat and uneventful. I wish I’d made the trip back to Hudson Yard to see Terace.

Make a reservation to look at items, you'll get a personal assistant and be treated with kid gloves. You'll be offered beverages and a personal assistant to show you anything you would like, they will even clean your existing jewelry. We could not leave NYC without buying my wife a few well-deserved pieces of NYC memorabelia. There are item at Tiffanys that you can purchase that do not break the bank.

Gorgeous new interior.
Be sure to see the ceiling on 5th level and the B at Tiffany little room. Do check out what you can do with aluminum foil!!
The BEST part for me: the staff. All amazing and friendly and
adorable and handsome and chic and full of energy.
When younger, we shapped at Tiffany all the time.
Even got gold wedding bands there.
Things are more pricey now!
The $30.00 key chain is now $220 or so.
BUT in your lifetime, if you can afford it, you
should have something from Tiffany. Go and enjoy. dr jst

Unfortunately this store is let down by very poor staff on the 5th floor luckily we had spoken to a lovely lady on the 6th floor who eventually assisted us. We waited on the 5th floor for over 30 minutes watching staff serve others before us. We were leaving the store but decided to go back to the 6th floor and purchased our item. The lady in question was Theresa and she was lovely, great service and a credit to Tiffany’s if only the other staff had been as nice it would have been a far more pleasant experience. Well done Theresa is most certainly a credit to Tiffany and customer service and dedication to a company.

Had a great time shopping for the iconic heart bracelet, for myself, right before Christmas. They were super crowded of course, but still was nicely helped! My friend couldn't walk very well, so the sales professional came to her chair and helped her there in person.

We came to buy our daughter a present for her 18th birthday and this beautiful store did not disappoint. We had a leisurely look around all the floors which are lovely. Our daughter was helped to make her choice in a very leisurely and helpful way nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for making our daughters 18th an extremely memorable shopping experience. I would definitely recommend Tiffany Flagstore it’s stunning. Thank you.

We went to their temporary location and we were impressed at first. We were greeted at the door by a friendly woman who asked if I was looking for something in particular. I told her what I had come in to look for and she pointed me in the right direction. We were helped by a super friendly gentleman who chatted and joked with us and made us feel welcome. I ended up not liking the item I was looking for as much as I had hoped. We thanked him and went to browse around a bit. The service from there was, unfortunately, mediocre at best. We were outright ignored multiple times (by a flamboyant man who walked by us, side glancing each time), and saw two staff members on their phones on the sales floor. Unfortunately, we expected more, and got less. I would like to return once the flagship store renovations are completed. Maybe our experience will be one to positively share.

As a longtime Tiffany’s fan, a customer for over 25 years to be exact, I was excited to see the mothership of you will at this iconic location. Sadly was disappointed that they didn’t have any holiday decorations or sigh of joyful moments. Sad to see some traditions die…
