Absolutely iconic, a "must-see" - the worlds biggest department store. Maybe a little too much for most people but still worth a visit if only to say you've been!

I'm not sure to be honest. but if you carry your dog and its leashed I don't see an issue. Enjoy your trip!

It is just a shop so no you don’t pay to go in or use toilets. Obviously if you purchase anything then yes you have to pay!
