This was our first visit to the Big Apple so we thought we would take a CityRover tour to better see and understand the city - Best thing we ever did !! we booked another one straight away. We ended up doing the "Brooklyn Bridge" and the "Downtown Highlights" walking tours. If we had taken the first one earlier in... More

My family and I took the Brooklyn Bridge tour on the recommendation of a friend. We were looking to go a little beyond the normal Statue/30 Rock/Empire State Building experience and this ended up being a highlight of the trip. We met our guide, Ryan, in City Hall Park. Ryan was simply great. He has a clear interest in the... More

Danielle a local artist took us on this tour. It was wonderful to see the art as well as hear a bit about artist and history of the area. We stopped for coffee and sweet, and worked around a short downpour. I recommend this tour if you want to experience the feel of SoHo and LES area as a small... More

My husband, myself and our two teen daughters spent the whole day with Max... Didn't even scratch the surface of the City, but had an amazing time! He was able to keep all of us entertained despite our variety of interests. We will definitely contact him again if we make it back to the City!!! Thanks Max 👍

Hi Karen, thanks for spending the whole day with me exploring NYC on your first visit. You, Paul, and the girls were a lot of fun to hang out and tour with. Thank you for choosing my company for your "NYC Highlights" tour experience and for sharing your very positive feedback with others! I just want to say that even... More

Max gave us a private tour of the downtown area. We were from ages of 11 to 60 and all had an incrediable time. Battery Park, Wall Street, Trinity Church to Ground Zero, there was something for everyone. It was engaging, informative and most of all fun. Some of us were return visitors and some their first trip to NYC... More

We joined Ryan on the Downtown tour and Max on the Village Sampler. These two tours were the highlight of our trip. Both Ryan and Max made the experiences seem tailor made to us as well as to the other participants. The small group size was a tremendous plus. These sessions were so entertaining and wildly informative. After the tours,... More

We went on Independence Day with a private tour with Max. Absolutely fantastic. We toured midtown, including Rockefeller Center and St. Patrick's Cathedral, went downtown to Wall St., Battery Park and the 9/11 Memorial before walking across the Brooklyn Bridge into Brooklyn. We had a fabulous time and our 3 kids (ages 14, 18 and 20) were thoroughly engaged and... More

We did the Brooklyn Bridge tour with Ryan on a very warm afternoon. Ryan is brilliant, charismatic and full of interesting facts about the history of the brooklyn bridge and historical/socio aspects of what brooklyn is today. Brooklyn is stunning and the tour allows you to experience some amazing views across the water to manhatten. We also did the city... More

I did the Brooklyn Bridge, Village Sampler and City of Dreams tours. These are the best small tours I have ever done- period. Danielle and Ryan know what they are talking about I learned loads, went to places I never would have found and saw New York at its finest. Great value for money and Max was super helpful when... Jude, thank you so much for trusting us with your time and money to book 3 CityRover tours ahead of time! I'm so glad you had a great experience with Danielle and Ryan. And just a quick note about your reference to our tours being great value for the money (even though they are not free). As we all know,... More
