Nope. So depending on traffic (& the bus stopping to load/unload crowds of people) it can take awhile to get where you want to go. We ended up not using our tour tickets the last half of our trip because the bus was slow... More

Before you go, they have a map on-line which has a little bit of inaccuracy near Battery Park. Otherwise the previous reply is spot on.
