Fun but very crowded

There are way too many people for the size of the space. I's nice but the people are overly tatooed and gross.

My friend and I went on a Friday afternoon with a Groupon deal. We arrived around 2:15pm and stayed until 6pm. The place was semi-busy.There were occasional empty chairs here and there outside. in door, no issue finding a seat/chairs. And definitely had enough spots in whichever pool my friend and I decided to try out and we were able... More

On my most recent (and last) visit in June 2016, there was a naked man in the all-naked female area staring at women (including myself) who were getting in and out of jacuzzis, and then he went walking around naked so all of the children - and there were many of them tonight - could clearly see his body fully... If you're okay with talking and lots of people when you're at the spa then you may like this place. The idea of having to walk around bare foot unless you buy THEIR slippers was different for me especially in the bathroom but I will say the place is pretty clean. There's an entry fee that covers pools and saunas... More

I love this place, especially the jet stations in the swimming pool. Winter or summer the jets do a superb massage. My friend complained about stiffness in neck and shoulder area. After seeing me submerging under strong jets from above, she plunged and the result astounded her - the stiffness was gone. The only problem now have been discrepancies in billing... More

I went to spa castle queens for my birthday. It was my first time there n i absolutely loved it. The pools are awesome, not to mention the saunas. The hot tub is a real HOT tub. Ppl were friendly. What i didnt expect there was, first, the naked women. I think my eyes died. Everyone walking around naked n... More

I currently live in new Mexico now and have nothing close to spa castle here which isn't fun. When I lived in NY I loved going. The price is very fair and we spent all day there every time. When we went it always felt like something was out of order and the food was over priced but to hang... More

I've been here for a few times over the years but my most recent visit was the worst. I understand that the life guards are there for safety reasons but the way that some of these men stare at the guests is super creepy and inappropriate. The food and drinks are waaaay overpriced. The staff literally watches you like a... More

It's a water park for adults, adults who fornicate in public pools. Scrubs are good, massage sub par. Very expensive place for an awful un-relaxing spa experience. Wet lounge is one nice thing. Still gross.
