A scam. We hired a VIP tour and only made one trip by bus. Two stops and the driver didn't even get out of the van. We saw nothing of everything it indicates. We have made the claim and they have not given us any solution. A shame since in other countries it worked well for us.

Highly recommended for anyone new to New York as it allows you to get a glimpse of places you probably wouldn't go to on a first visit to the city, such as the Bronx, Queens or the oltra-Orthodox Jewish neighborhood in Brooklyn. Hola buenas tardes. Estoy interesada en hacer el tour de contrastes con mi pareja con vuestra compañÃa y me gustarÃa saber si tenéis web o hay que hacer la reserva a través de tripadvisor. Por otro lado, al ir a reservar me sale en detalles del tour: compañÃa aérea de llegada, nº de vuelo de llegada, hora, apeadero?, lugar de recogida, compañÃa aérea de salida, nº de vuelo etc. No se muy bien para que se quiere esta información si nosotros ya estarÃamos allÃ. Por otro lado lo de lugar de recogida,tampoco lo entiendo por lo que he leÃdo en la descripción hay que ir a un punto en concreto no?Si me podéis informar a la mayor brevedad posible, porque nosotros llegamos el 18 de noviembre y nos gustarÃa cogerlo para el 19 martes.
