this is a great deal, but ONLY if you begin early in the am. the taxi does not run late at night, which is a total bummer, so you need to begin early to get your money's worth. you do get to see the statue of liberty and get dropped in many prime locations throughout the city, so you really... So we did a three day trip in NYC. On the second day we decided to go to the 911 museum. We used the New York Water Taxi which was a great way to get around the city ! No traffic jams ! We started our trip at pier 79 which had air condition and was clean. We bought our... More

I'm very impressed with how friendly their employees are, specially Shimeeka (I hope I got it right). Very refreshing after dealing with rude people almost everywhere else. I highly recommend this company and the all day pass. Thank you Shimeeka for helping me build wonderful family memories, we had a GREAT day today.

Nothing much interest me in riding the water taxi.We took it so we can go see the 911 Museum but them it is quiet a walk from the stop over walking all the way to the museum. You'd better take a train or sub if you wanna see the 911 Museum.Or taxi from the New York Penn it will cost you... More

The line was long but it moved quickly and within 8 minutes we were on the boat. Its air conditioned but we quickly moved to the top to get the best views of the skyline and the harbor. The guide did a great job narrating the boat tour which included a great view of the Statue of Liberty. I'd advise... More

Great way to cruise by Lady Liberty and take lots of great pictures. The boat turns all the way around to allow everyone a great view, and the staff even took photos for passengers. The $31/person water taxi price seemed steep until I realized we could hop on and off all day, and that it covers several stops along Manhattan.... More

We went with 2 kids and it was a great experience. Went through all the stops (not going off) and it was a nice way to see statue and the city from the water. I think the operating hours could be a bit longer. The stops are not right on top of things we wanted to see and it does... More

Hoping on the water taxi couldn't have been any easier. We had prearranged our tickets and just proceeded to the waiting area which was air-conditioned and comfortable. The waiting time was very short before they announced that the next water taxi was in. Our tickets were downloaded on our smart phone and was scanned easily by attendant before boarding the... More
