Affordable tour, enjoyed by all ages.
This was much more informative than I thought it would be, the tour guy really knew his history, they accommodated everyone and even turned the boat round so that whichever side you were on, you got a good photo of Liberty, affordable and fun for all.

Quick tour was great

Great tour guide told us all about NYC! Boat was going a little slow in the beginning but then was better! Definitely coming back! They even took our family pictures on our cellphones. Thank you

Our guide Debbie made it excellent!!! The express boat tour exceeded my expectations, she was so passionate and explained to us all the details about New York while you tour around south manhattan to the Statue of Liberty.

Good way to start a trip in NY city

The guide was super: many historic informations, tips for visiting NY, help for photos, etc. We saw all we wanted to (Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn bridge, NY skyline Ellis island, etc) in only about an hour. Perfect for us to start our trip in NY city

Staff need training

Took this cruise last week. It was a shambles from start to finish!

We arrived in plenty of time to board the boat and boarded with no issues. The issues started when a large group tried to board just as the cruise was scheduled to leave.

There was a lot of arguing between the staff and the group to which we were all then told to leave the boat and gather back on the peer. It turned out that the staff member had let another large group on the boat when it wasn't the time they had booked for, therefore the boat was now over capacity.

When trying to board back onto the boat I was aggressively and physically stopped by a member of the group that tried to board late as she wanted her group to board before everyone else. This lady was very violent and confrontational. At this point I mentioned to a member of staff that I didn't appreciate being treated like this by another passenger and that they need to try to gain some organisation to which she responded that I should go get a refund from Viator.

The cruise itself was good, the views of the statue were great so cant fault that but it was difficult to enjoy after the chaos at the beginning.

Very nice boat trip
We had a very good experience. We took a tour of lower Manhattan and approached the Statue of Liberty. The tour was very well organized. I recommend this excursion.

Great trip. Sadly it was cold and wet but there was an inside deck. We braved the top deck though. It’s not often you get to see the Statue so we decided not to be put off by the weather. Wrap up though if you have a similar day!
