We hired bikes from Blazing Saddles twice. Strongly recommending because of the good service, very friendly received by Smiley and her colleagues who were so kind and enthusiast. Bikes are great and biking in the city is easy and refreshing

Friendly service, the guys down there when I went where super nice, the bike worked fine qnd came with a lock, prices were affordable.

HI I don't really know because it was the other person in my group that use his credit card, but I did not hear any complain that the bike company kept or charge more than it should be.
