This company won't let you know that this first comes per served. We booked this package for thanksgiving parade knowing once you booked it, it's for sure it's reserved. I took my four-month-old baby and 9 years old daughter from Florida to New York so my daughter can see the parade. When we got there, they don't' have any table for us, in fact they were trying to set up a kids table near the entrance door and kitchen. I wasn't happy with it even my husband was trying to talk to them, they don't have any decency to provide us what we paid for and on top of it took my four-month-old son. We were asking for a refund but they won't give it to us. We end up leaving the horrible nightmare place. Please read every review for this company.

Response from YVPteam, Guest Relations Manager at Your VIP Pass

Dear Angelita, Being a small family owned business we do remember all of our customers. We were saddened to see this review. We are very sorry that your expectations of the viewing experience did not match the experience you've booked on Monday, November 25, 2019 only a few days before the Thanksgiving. The event you were joining was in our Private Room in Warwick Hotel has a direct access to 6th avenue sidewalk through the Randolph’s doors on 6th ave side. We were very excited to have you join us at this truly iconic location right at the corner of 54th street and Avenue of the Americas. The tickets you booked were Reserved Full Access category. We were unable to offer you a window seating category as all of those seats were completely sold out at the time of your booking. Needless to say that all of these details were discussed with you at the time of the booking and your ticket had this information as well. We do remember your family specifically as you did not pick up your wristbands from our office before the event. We had our team members email you and text you the night before Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, your party was also late to the event. We do completely understand that things happen and our staff not only allowed you in no problem, but also accommodated the stroller (with a strict no stroller policy) and offered you a private table for your party only. Please remember when you booked your access we did offer an additional 50% discount to your 4 months old baby. It would be unfair to say that we did not try to make you stay at the event and still enjoy the experience as we do care about our guests. We had our representative attend to your family and we had the sales manager who was responsible for your booking talk to you on the phone on the day of the event. We are very sorry that you decided to leave regardless and that you left unhappy. We hope that we both learned from this experience and we wish you only well!

This picture advertising the VIP ticket is not the view you get from the VIP location with the ticket for the limani restaurant. I attended there this year with a friend. Was very excited as we spent a great deal of money to attend the VIP event. Our expectations were that we would be in an area around the lighting of the tree, be able to see the acts that were performing. In reality, we were about 200meters from the back of the tree!! We did have a lovely meal, but service rather sporadic at times, not everyone getting the canapés on offer when the waiter run out. The sweets at the end being taken away before everyone had a chance to have. And the table being cleared of everything when customers went outside to try and get pictures of the back of the tree. The drinks service was very slow, we were having to go to the bar ourselves to get drinks. The food that we did get to eat was fabulous. The entertainment jazz singer and DJ was great and very enjoyable. Four Rockettes attended and walked round getting photos with customers that wanted their picture with them. Overall really not worth the money, would not recommend someone to attend the VIP ticket for the lighting of the tree. Would recommend the restaurant for the food it was fabulous.

Was so exited to attend this - we spent a lot of money thinking we had prime view of the entertainment and tree lighting!! The restaurant was beautiful, we had a lovely table of people luckily and food was delicious but there are many many things not right with this event. Service was extremely slow at our table for drinks- waiter quite rude so got most of drinks ourselves. The food was lovely but some of our party got missed out with the rather large shrimp- no apology! The sweet course was served at the time they told people to go outside for the tree lighting so most people didn’t get as by the time they came back it had been taken away! This should’ve been served later after the tree lighting! Then there was the tree lighting- the whole point was that we thought we were getting prime view of the tree lighting- well if you want to see none of the entertainment, no atmosphere, and the back end of the tree being lit from a tiny balcony well this is the place for you- we were gutted to say the least!! Even if there had been screens in the restaurant so we could see what was going on it would’ve been better but really we saw nothing!! The Rockettes were on for about 2 minutes and spent most of the tome getting photos with guests, the frank sinatra tribute was very good and the disco was fab but I would rather stand outside in the cold with the crowds for atmosphere or watch in the comfort of a bar than pay the extortionate amount of money for seeing practically nothing- all the people in our table were under the same impression and so so disappointed. I hate leaving reviews like this but really think you do not get what you think you are paying for-don’t fo it!!

My wife and I attended the 2019 Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting Gala from our private event venue at Limani! The location was great and the credential letter from YourVIPpass helped us get through lines quickly and to our event venue with time to spare. We chose to sit at a group table and met many wonderful people from different areas of the world, and even explored NYC with them after our party had concluded. The entertainment was awesome as we took in a few dances before dinner. Once it was time to light the tree, we walked out of the restaurant into our private viewing area just down the block, and had a great view of the tree! We took several pics of the evening as well, and are using some on our Christmas card this year. My advised would be to book early as this event sold out FAST! It's definitely a bucket-list event you should experience!

Thank you for an exquisite experience. The lasting memories will be cherished. Michael and I had a blast meeting other couples and meeting Beverly, the host, as well. Her attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
