We stopped in here because as we were walking down the street, we were given a coupon. There are some interesting items in here but the museum is not as big as I thought it would be. Recommended if you are looking for unusual things to see. Enjoyed seeing and reading about the Berlin Wall (see pic). Also the "freak"... More

My 9 and 12 year old loved this, it was very interesting and had some interactive things to do. We used a Groupon for a discounted rate, I would have been disappointed at full price. We spent about 2 hours in there and it was not crowded so that was nice. Plenty of other things to do nearby to make... More

Most of what you will see here you can find in greater quantity online. It was very disappointing....a hundred dollars that could have been spent elsewhere.

Never been to any other Ripleys so can't compare but our 10 and 12 year old thoroughly enjoyed . It's not very interactive so I wouldn't recommend for younger children. I also wouldn't have gone if just husband and I it really is more for kids / teenagers . Lots of interesting exhibits and took about 2 hours for us... More

My daughter and i had a great time at Ripley's. She liked it so much that she wanted to go through it a second time and the manager was nice enough to let us go through again free of charge. I would definitely recommend to friends and family looking for a fun place to visit.

Ok time if kids are interested in odd facts and gross out things. If kids could care less - try something else. Tip: Ask for discount before paying full price

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
