If you have an interest in learning about the 1939 World's Fair and its successor-1964-1965this is the walking tour for you. Kyle Supley, guide extraordinaire made the two events clear from the planning stages to the implementation. Future options for the renovations of the buildings - NY Pavillon were shared. The excitement generated from these events was acknowledged and the impact addressed. A rain storm did not dampen our guide or participants' enthusiasm for seeing the grounds of the World's Fairs.

I have usually gone in walking tours in other cities. This is my first time doing it in my own home. It was wonderful. Very well organized. Great tour guide. So fun. Learned a lot and really enjoyed seeing New York in new ways! Would happily do again (a new different tour of course)

We truly enjoyed the Ghosts of the Elevated Railroads walking tour with Mike Morgenthal. Mike was personable, knowledgeable, and the best part, spoke loud and clear amid the bustle of the traffic. My husband and I grew up in NYC, and just love old New York history. The Bowery Boy tours, never disappoint.

Great tour of the lower East side. Saw a lot of buildings that I might have passed by without the commentary. I wish the tour had been a bit shorter. It was a lot to take in.

My cousin and I did the Lower East Side Walking Tour with Jeff Dobbins this past Saturday and thoroughly enjoyed it. Even though I live in New York City, I rarely spend time on the Lower East Side and did not know much about the neighborhood. It was very informative, and Jeff made this fascinating and historical neighborhood come to life! I look forward to Jeff's other tours and the Bowery Boys tours in general. For anyone who loves New York or history, this tour is a must.
