This is a terrific spot for a shiatsu massage. The therapists are consistently good, and you come out feeling refreshed and flexible. The front desk can be a little disorganized (everyone's first language is Japanese), and they have confusing deals with "coupons" that sometimes take a lot of talking and explaining. I used a Living Social coupon and had a terrible time on the phone trying to make an appointment before the coupon expired...lots of please call back kind of pick-ups. Very clean. The sauna is excellent. They offer deals if you purchase in advance. They are kind. The acupuncture is a good service. Shiatsu is excellent. I had the best shiatsu treatment so far by Mal-mi. Their hours are a real plus for me.

I've had nice, gentle massages like you get on holiday in a resort, and I've had Zen Shiatsu massage where it's more about stretching and breathing and I've had the Shiatsu massages as offered here, which is what I consider massage therapy over wispy vacation massages (which I do enjoy, don't get me wrong).
