We went on the 2 hr TV and Film location bus tour which isn't listed in the pull down list. We saw loads of things we wanted to see and our tour guide, Parker Tighe, was excellent throughout. He was good humoured (he's also a comedian so it came as no surprise after he told us) and very knowledgeable on where we were and what we were looking at.
The tour got off to a dodgy start though as there were 3 German girls sat at the back of the bus talking, squawking and warbling really loudly. We'd all paid to listen to Parker, not them. After he'd asked them to polietly pipe down 3 times, all to no avail, I stood up, turned to face them and told them to "Shut up! We've all paid to listen to the tour guide, not you lot! You're all louder than him and he's got a microphone!" Someone HAD to say something and I'm certain Parker wouldn't have been allowed to be as direct as I was, as he is an employee of the tour company but they were ruining it for everyone else. This did the trick as at the next stop Parker did a head count, counted to 15 instead of 18 and we all cheered! They'd buggered off. Hoorah! The rest of the tour went swimmingly and we could listen to Parker in peace.
The whole tour was great and Parker was a fantastic guide! Well worth 2 hours of your time and highly recommended 👌

We really enjoyed this tour. Seen lots of TV and movie sites that we wanted to see including avengers, friends, home alone, ghost busters and sex in the city! Our guide Chris was hilarious and such a wonderful guide! He made us laugh the whole time and really made the tour extra! I would highly recommend this tour it is great value and a great way to see lots of iconic New York sites you have seen in the movies.

Great nearly 3 hours tour on our last day in New York. My partner is both Movie and TV mad and met his match on this tour the guide was superb very knowledgeable friendly and really funny. He entertained us the whole tour and was more than accommodating with anything questions pictures etc great value. Well recommended the second off last picture was our guide 🥰

I understood that the tour was in Spanish and it was in English, I was also not clear about the time if it was 1200 or 1400 because I received several emails, some telling me the time at 1200, others at 1400
We went to the 1200 one to ask the guide; who, ignoring us and barely paying attention to us, only said NO, to my question, if the 2:00 p.m. tour was in Spanish.
In short, we went up and down with a headache because I couldn't stop talking (in English) and because of the volume of their speakers.
Send email in English and Spanish to the company attaching the tickets with different schedules; They answered me vaguely in English.
In short, don't go with On locations tours....a disaster.

Not really a movie/tv tour as only one tv show mentioned and Home Alone series mentioned a lot. Maybe because guide has only been doing tour for a short while and from Europe.There were far too many people on the tour I was on, should have either been capped on booking site or have two guides to split tour in half. Guide was having to talk loudly - maybe provide a microphone as I've seen guides use on other tours. Guide expected a tip as passed out leaflet at end with a 'tip' envelope inside and clearly was expecting everyone to donate - DESPITE the email that confirms tour saying tipping is not necessary. Very disappointed.

Our tour guide was terrific. She was well versed in all things Sex & The City and enjoyed sharing all she knew with the tour takers. A surprise was going into SJP’s shoe store and seeing her there. The only reason I held back giving 5 stars was because the bus was 30 minutes late to arrive.

Great tour of film sets via bus with Benji. Lots of info and the time went so quickly. Benji was really good and enthusiastic and he pitched it right for the whole group allowing time to ask questions. We liked how he found out what the group was particularly interested in to make sure that was covered.

I went on the “NYC TV & Movie Tour” and the “Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Tour” both of which take place in large tour busses. On the “NYC TV & Movie Tour”, it was fun to watch clips of a variety of tv & film scenes set in NYC and then see them in real life! It was a bit pricey but definitely worth it as you travel through a good amount of Manhattan & it teaches you where you want to re-visit! I live in NYC and even I discovered some new areas. The two highlights of the tour were visiting the Friends apartment & The Ghost Busters Fire Station. The 3 hour tour goes by quickly!
I also went on the Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Tour because I’m a big fan of the show. Personally, I would not recommend it to others given the price and what you receive. We drove around a small radius of Manhattan and many of the locations were just used as exteriors (e.g. the awning of a building) so you really have to use your imagination. The ones that weren't you could easily have looked them up on your phone and visited them yourself such as La Bonbonnierre or Music Inn. Two of the main stops on the tour were also bars. We were given 10 minutes in each bar which wasn’t enough time to sit down and enjoy a drink so most just chugged their drinks & left. It also wasn’t a fun stop for non-drinkers because the novelty of standing in bar can only be appreciated for so long. Although the tour could use some tweaks, there were some good aspects. For example, the tour around Washington Square Park was interesting, I loved yelling “we got the rabbi” outside of the deli, and I enjoyed hearing behind the scenes secrets of the show.

Hi from Dublin Ireland. I have never been to the USA before, so this is our 1st trip, spisificaly to do The SopranosTour. Flying from Dublin to New York, what's the best airport to fly into please, & can anybody recommend a hotel near the pick-up point of the tour.

Newark, LaGuardia, and JFK are the airports for NYC. LaGuardia is the closest, but I would base my decision simply on fare and schedule, rather than airport. I personally use Carmel Limo (easily found on web) for transportation to/from the airport. Virtually the same price as a taxi, but with much better service. Particularly for the first trip that can be intimidating sometimes, for ~$35 more, they will meet you in baggage claim and take you directly to where you want to go in NYC. As far as hotel, there way too many choices so depending on balance of elegance to price that is important to you. Every brand is there. From Europe, you might like the Novatel that's close to the tour and is just North of Times Square. Close but not too close to Times Square. When you get there, you will probably be surprised at how helpful people are willing to be. With rare exceptions, most will greet you with the same curtesy you gave them. Have fun!

The only thing I remember that was sex and the city related was that we went past the New York public library where Carrie was supposed to marry Big.
You can always ask the guide to arrange for the bus to go past it. He asked me what I was interested in seeing so they may be accommodating but I can’t guarantee it.

Hi, this tour has mention of Sex and the City and you get to see the fountain that the friends one was based on, as despite what some people will say the fountain was actually on a recording lot and according to our guide only a few outside shots were used in the entire series the rest again being studio based.
The magic of film and movie.
This tour is more of a something for everyone rather than show specific. I'd recommend it just for the variety.

For the Sex & the City tour, we hopped off the bus at four locations. The bus did a good job at avoiding high traffic areas for drop-off, but keep in mind we traveled in September so there was no "weather" to deal with.
