Jorge was very friendly and explained us New York history and out and abouts in detail. David was a great driver too! We learn a lot in a short time, we will recommend anyone who wants to see real NY beyond Times Square. Even it is in English, my partner fully understand it all. It worths the time and money

Firstly we had an amazing day on this tour exceeded all our expectations. Alicia our tour guide was fantastic was very informative on all aspects of the places we were visiting . Had time to venture and take photos . One of the best yours we have been on five star 🌟

What a fantastic way to see more of New York than just the city. It’s my 9th trip here and yet I still saw new sights in the city itself! Loved learning about the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and more. Jorge was excellent and our driver couldn’t have been better. A must do experience and even on a rainy day.

More time at the stops, felt far too rushed. Arrived early to join a queue for the tour guide to start boarding people who had literally just joined us. That was stopped when people complained and rightly so. Whole thing was unprofessional guide referred to people's culture as weird made snide comments bordering on offensive. Paid extra to do coney island and ended up with 25 minutes. Other people didn't pay and stayed on the bus. Ended up making our own way back along with half the coach.all in all very disappointed 😞

Paid for the 5 borough tour however upon paymemt, ticket stated coney island not included.
On the day of tour, tour for 8:30am didn't happen. We arrived at the meeting point at 8:13am and waited and waited.
Also, there were questions of the meeting location during rush hour in a busy location.
Waiting for my refund.

My wife and I went to NYC for a anniversary trip and wanted to See Niagara falls in case we never make it back to NYC. So even though the reviews were mixed we decided to take the one day tour so we could get back the same day. So we left about 415 am I guess and the bus driver wasn't very liberal with the A/C. Anyway we get there about 1130 or 1145. So we sit on the bus for about 15 -20 minutes waiting on something that I never was sure about. A master list or something. Then non Spanish speaking ones, which they weren't but about 6 of us paid 20 dollars to eat at the Casino. It was average at best. The guide acted like we HAD to eat there when they were other restaurants down the hall I would have preferred. What blows my mind she gave us 1 hour and 15 minutes to eat. I think 45 minutes would have been ample time to eat since we were short of time to start with. So we leave the casino and get to Niagara Falls and we were told we need to be back to the bus at 330. So regardless what u wanted to there, which they are other things, that's the time to be back. So we took the Maid of the Mist boat ride through the waters of Niagara Falls which was really enjoyable. Its amazing. So by the time we get off the boat and back up top to walk to the bus there is only 15 minutes left. But I was gonna go to the gift shop anyway. We got back at 335 but hardly anyone was back yet. The guide said we were gonna stop and see one more thing so there we could get something to drink before heading back to NYC instead of going somewhere quickly where we were at to get something. So we hop the bus and were told the bus driver needs to get back to NYC now. I guess they don't work overtime. So some of us have nothing to drink for about 4 hours until we finally stop. They stopped at the same place going and coming which had a McDonalds, Arby's, and Subway. Each time we were told to hurry and need to leave in 15-20 minutes. Don't know what the extreme hurry was when we were coming back but the drivers were ready to get back fast. We arrived back at 1130 I think. We took this trip on a Friday, July 27th. I guess its worth it as far as Niagara Falls in concerned but as many times as the tour has been in motion its not planned very well. Time is wasted like the 20 minutes wasted after we got there, and the 30 minutes to long for lunch. I wanted to walk over into Canada but we had no time for that. So if you go on this trip this is what the tour will be like.

I was unsure how this trip would go due to mixed reviews. The departure was perfect & we left as scheduled (4am). There were not any movies on the screens the entire time, like stated in description. A couple of hours in, I asked the driver to turn on the AC towards the middle/back of bus, because it was warm (it continued to heat up). When we continued to complain about the heat -only to find out the AC was broken; & we even called the customer service # and they said they would try to fix,before we headed back to NYC (did not happen) & they said they could not answer questions about the movie. Traveling on a charter bus w/out AC or entertainment made this trip extremely unpleasant. The reviews are true about the question to visit falls or lunch 1st - majority voted to see falls first, but we were dropped off for lunch even through we had stopped a couple of hours prior to arriving. Recommend the seeing the falls first as we ran out of time to walk around. Also recommend trip advisor remove/revise the booking description of this trip as it is not accurately stated.

Took this trip on 23rd March 2018 and would recommend. The tour guide Yuta was absolutely full of knowledge we saw everything that was advertised. Although it is a very long day if you are time poor and want to see the Capitol this is the way to.

Hi, Janice. What would you like to know about this attraction? I just booked Statue of Liberty tours and it says "date and time subject for availability" Does that mean all paid tour might be canceled? I am only there for a certain date. Where is the meeting point. What time if it says 11:30 departure?

Hi, When the tour page for the washington + niagara falls combo said that the second tour will only begin 2 days later. Does it mean that if the first tour to washington leaves on tuesday, the second tour to niagara falls would only leave on thursday or on friday? We are interested in booking the tour for the 13th Nov (washington then niagara falls). Thanks!

The Niagara Day leaves at 4am and returns at approx 11:30pm. A huge day. Take snacks for the bus.
