Prior to pickup at the airport, our driver, Charles, provided timely updates to his position, expected arrival time, along with his license plate # for identification since the vehicles were not marked. He was prompt, courteous and engaging on the trip to the cruise port. Also, a very good driver. The pickup at the cruise port had a small snaf. I like that the drivers get in touch prior to pickup. Communication is key and NYC Perfect Transportation does it well, along with getting their customers to and from their destination in comfort and on time.Hello there. I was coming into NYC with some friends last weekend and I booked a car with Donny again. The traffic was crazy, but my driver Yovanky got me and my friends around town very efficiently. There were times where we were sitting in the car dead stop, but Yovanky kept us all entertained with music and jokes. Again, fantastic service start to finish. There were 7 of us and we rented the 11 passenger van which was perfect!!! All of luggage was loaded in the back easily and plenty of seating for all of us. Our driver made contact as promised as soon as we landed and we were able to talk with him and make sure we met him easily. The traffic into Manhattan was crazy busy but our driver Charles was amazing in telling us all about New York, the areas we were driving through (as he detoured to minimise our disruption) and keeping the kids amused talking about they things they liked! This definitely met our expectations. Before arriving, we were provided with detailed instructions to meet our driver and when we arrived at the airport, a text was waiting for us. We met our professional driver conveniently and then throughout the trip we were entertained with his stories and recommendations. We would definitely do this again next time we visit. The start of the journey with the company was great. Booking was clear and simple, the prompting emails and texts reminding me of my booking was a brilliant and appreciated service.
We could not fault Benjamin our arrivals drive, he met us in the airport, he was friendly, enthusiastic and made is feel 5 stars! Everything he did was to please us and make us feel like a really valued customer. The journey from JFK to our hotel was faultless! Good driver, safe, showed us many hot spots and gave great advise! We were so overwhelmed with the brilliant service - Thank you!
Unfortunately I can't say the same for our departures driver Yovanky. He did not say a word the entire journey, he spent a lot of the time on his phone looking at cars for sale whilst driving rather than actually looking at the road. We are in a moving vehicle, the focus of the driver needs to be on the road at all times instead he was on his phone flicking through cars... I felt incredibly unsafe and frustrated that this was the etiquette of the driver rather than putting the customers safety and his own first. We gave him a tip out of curtosy for the system in America but he absolutely did not deserve any tip and I did not want to give him any sense of applause for his poor driving. He was cutting other cars up, moving into exiting and merging into lanes last minute cutting across the white markings.
Unfortunately what would have been the best taxi service I have ever had I would never reccomend to anyone simply because of Yovankys careless driving.
I suggest the manager have a word with him as to why he feels it's acceptable to be on the road and pay no attention to it at all....

Having booked NYC Perfect Transportation through trip advisor reviews, the whole process was fantastic, being an anxious passenger and having never been to New York we were met in the terminal through the meet and greet service by Miguel our driver who had already contacted us as soon as we had landed to tell us who he was and where he would be, when we met him, he immediately made us feel at ease, he was very polite and very friendly, he took our luggage from us straight away and took us to our SUV which was amazing, we had ordered the Champagne which was lush too. He chatted as he took us into Manhatten showing us various sights as we passed. Our journey made the start to our holiday extra special. We were due to go to NJ Cruise Port 3 days later to pick up our Ship, I told Miguel all about it and said we needed to organise transportation to there, he said this was something that NYC Perfect (Donny the owner) could offer, I hadn't realised this so the next day I contacted Donny by email and he sorted it out for us. On the day of our cruise, Miguel contacted me and said he would be our driver again to take us to the port, again he was prompt on time at the hotel and took us to the port, again pointed out various sights on the way to the port, chatting like old friends on the way. Our journey from the airport and then to the port was great. If we re-visit New York again I will be sure to use NYC Perfect Transportation. Thank you Donny, thank you MigueL.

I've used NYC Perfect Transportation couple of times before, but the last time sealed the deal for my go to transport in NY. Donny picked us up at JFK promptly on time as agreed on, he send me a message while I was in border control just to notify he's here. The car was really clean and had water bottles ready, which is a treat after 9hour flight. It was my colleagues first time in NY, so Donny made sure she felt welcomed and special. Great service, would recommend to anyone looking for reliable and comfortable service.

From the very first email to arrival and departure, Donny at NYC Perfect Transportation was fabulous. All my emails received a prompt response, with every step of the way planned and organised, re flight times, meet and greet at JFK and assistance with all our luggage and a beyond excellent door to door service.
I chose a luxury SUV being a Cadillac Escalade to transport myself, my partner and daughter. Benjamin was our driver, lots of knowledge and information, we loved his salsa playlist on our return journey to JFK every part was outstanding just like Donny and the company itself.
Our vehicle was spotlessly clean inside and out and if you are going to book a vehicle go that extra bit and get a Cadillac Escalade as it just glides along the roads and makes the journey from the airport to your hotel perfect after your flight.
I cannot thank Donny, Benjamin and NYC Perfect Transportation enough, as they all made our holiday to NY that extra bit special.
If you want great communication via emails and text messages reminding you of your pending collection, prompt responses, excellent service and a spotlessly clean and executive transfer, then look no further and book with NYC Perfect Transportation.
Highly recommended and will definitely use them when we are able to return.

This is the first time we’ve used this service. We’ve had some awful yellow taxi experiences over the years. I booked These guys based on reviews. We were a party of 5 so needed the larger SUV. This worked out much cheaper than 2 yellow cabs from the airport.
Both journeys were spot on. The drivers were early, polite, gave us clear instructions of where they were waiting, provided us with water and gum, drove well in luxurious and spacial vehicles.
Will definitely use them again. First class service. Thank you

Mr Kim was extremely polite, attentive, and an excellent driver. The anxieties associated with traveling amidst COVID was very much alleviated by the safety precautions that he took. The driver and back seats were separated by a floor-to-roof plastic partition. Mr Kim also kindly included a large container of hand sanitizer in the back row, as well as bottled water. Booking with Mr Kim was an easy process. We would travel with him again.

In a word - superb!
I am a very fussy traveller who over-researches every travel decision - even more so when making arrangements for family members, as was the case with this recent trip. The local transportation had to be perfect; and it was, thanks to Donny and Benjamin. Donny, who coordinated reservations and planning, is patient and responsive. Benjamin, the driver for the weekend, is thoughtful and professional. He arrived early, stayed late and helped out in so many ways. He even tracked my family's flight home and sent a text noticing that they arrived on schedule. Amazing.
It is so refreshing to encounter this level of service and attention to detail.

Thanks to glowing reviews from other customers, we were introduced to NYC Perfect Transportation and used them for both pick-up from JFK and drop-off to EWR . Our drivers were prompt, friendly, and the SUV for our family of 5 was comfortable and clean. I highly recommend them for your NYC transportation needs! Excellent Service. We booked airport transfers before we left UK, then we added further trips when we arrived.
All vehicles were spotless, drivers very polite & punctual.
We left the pick up times to them as they know local traffic & routes and they were spot on every time.
Drivers always either rang or sent texts stating they had arrived for pick up, their position, vehicle type & registration number.
Can not recommend highly enough.

After a long, tiring flight, I was so glad I booked NYC Perfect Transportation to get us safely to our hotel. Our driver Miguel was courteous and friendly, waiting for us as arranged;the car was clean and comfortable and the service from booking to destination was easy and unfussy. Although a little more expensive than other methods of transportation, it was worth paying that bit extra to avoid the tedious wait in line for a taxi; using long, drawn out shared shuttle buses or westling with luggage on public transport.
