He then called our driver who arrived at the curb in about 10 minutes. Arrived at our hotel safe and sound. Then for our transport back to JFK our driver called the morning of to recommend an earlier pickup due to a parade that was being held right by our hotel. We really appreciated that and were able to get to the airport stress free and in time. Our driver was friendly and pointed out interesting facts on our drive. I had the reviews and have to say, we had nothing g but a 5 star experience with everyone we came in contact with!Hello, Thank you for sharing your fantastic experience! Full disclosure- I upgraded only the transfer to include the private limousine. It was $150 add on to the package price. Totally worth it!!! Limo was waiting when we arrived. Driver was very kind. Drive back to the airport was seamless. Also driver was there waiting at 930 when we supposed to departat 10. We are a family of five and had prebooked transfers with this company as part of our British Airways holiday. We landed in JFK at 6pm on a BA flight from Gatwick. Due to passport control only providing two members of staff to see through the entire plane, it took two hours to get through. BA told us not to use our phones until we had gone through security so I was unable to contact My Sedan until out the other end.
Nobody was there to greet us.
If you are lucky enough to actually get a connection in the first place, non US callers are always put in a very long queue when you call the emergency numbers given on the paperwork. If you call from a US phone you get through immediately. Luckily I discovered this when I asked the BA desk that handles missing luggage claims to put me through to them when I was panicking. If that desk was closed, I dread to think what we would have done.
I was told someone would be with us in 5-7 mins and to wait outside at bay B. Half an hour later, no show so I went back in and rejoined the 'luggage claim' queue.
Please bear in mind we had left home at 9am UK time and in our heads it was now 1am the following day. We were exhausted, stressed and scared. We were getting close to tears to be honest.
I eventually got through to them again on BA's phone but they put me on hold for twenty minutes. I had to stand facing the wall while waiting for them to pick up as the BA staff were concerned about other customers' personal information being visible to me at their desk.
We were eventually picked up just after 9pm.
The day before our return transfer was due I called them using my hotel's phone to arrange for them to collect us one and a half hours earlier than scheduled as I didn't trust them. The man initially told me that I didn’t have a booking with them, until I got a bit shirty, and then he called me by my Christian name, proving he did have my booking. He asked for my number and I gave it, explaining that it was a UK mobile.
The driver turned up 30 mins late and said he hadn't had a contact number for me to let me know. After I had a bit of a rant, he said My Sedan NY's telephone service is being run from Israel so they don't have a clue about distances in Manhattan or care about the customers.
I have sent a complaint letter to BA about the service this horrible company fail to give time and time again judging by other reviews, and the extortionate price BA charge their poor, trapped customers who are left stranded with children on the roadside in the dark, never entirely sure whether they will actually turn up.

Terrible, terrible company. Our flight arrived JFK 22:40. We were still waiting for connection at 12:10am. Called 3 times, endless wait time on call. Told: “your car will be there in 15-20 minutes”. 40 minutes & 2 calls later at 12:10am told it would be 40 minutes. Was there with 3 kids & my 79 year old mother. They left us standing on a dirty forecourt for well over an hour at midnight and in the end we had to go and find 2 yellow cabs, splitting up our party. Totally unacceptable. I paid British Airways £250 for a return transfer with this terrible company. 2 yellow cabs cost us $130 one way so not only are they terrible, they are also way overpriced. Will be writing to British Airways to ask what SLA they have with this company & how they could have put my family at danger by using this terrible company. No respectable company should use these people as suppliers.

Used this service to schedule a pick up at the airport, thinking that although it is more expensive than a taxi or ride share it would be more convenient. Completely wrong. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the car was not waiting at the scheduled time, and it took 50 minutes for it to arrive. Called the company to find out what was going on, and they didn’t know the location of the driver and gave us inaccurate information about when he would arrive. When it did arrive, the driver would not come to where we were waiting, but insisted that we come to him. The driver did not know our destination, and we had to direct him using google maps. The driver wore his mask with his nose uncovered. I do not recommend this company.

Almost 4 months waiting for a refund. We cancelled our trip in March due to the Covid19 pandemic and international borders closing. Cancelled more than 2 weeks in advance. Multiple emails have been sent to this company. I have been given the run around. Initially we were told we would receive a refund within 5 to 10 days. I have been told multiple times the refund has been sent to the accounting team for processing. There is no accounting team. Lies, lies, lies. Now they say refunds can’t be processed as they are working from home. Totally dishonest. We have to pay in advance but this company has no capacity to do the right thing and provide a refund. I have now resorted to contacting my bank in an attempt to retrieve the money. If we had received a refund in a timely manner I would have rebooked when we could travel again. Now I have read many poor reviews and suggest others do the same so you are well informed of what you are likely to expect. Christmas is coming but not your refund!

The first time we used MySedan it was great. The car arrived on the dot.
The second time the car was 25 minutes late - stuck in the Midtown tunnel we were told.
The third time it was an hour late. I ended up ringing them four times to ask when we could expect the car. On the third attempt I was told it was outside our building where I was standing and the dispatcher seemed to think that his GPS system was more reliable than my eyesight. Worried about missing our flight, we were within two minutes of hailing a yellow cab when the car finally arrived.
On all three trips the drivers (including the one who was a hour late) were fine and pleasant, but at the prices MySedan charge, cars should be on time. Telling us that there was a parade in the city that delayed them is no excuse. Parades in New York are planned months if not years in advance for obvious reasons. Dispatchers should factor such things in.
We will not be using them again. We can do without the stress.

I'm unsure how there are 5 star reviews for this company. 1st, I only used this service because I purchased the travel deal from Costco and this is what's provided. If I had purchased everything separately, I'd just use Uber.
Upon arrival to Newark I get a call fairly quickly before I even got to the baggage claim and it was from the driver saying he is at the airport waiting. So immediately I was thrilled with this service. Within 5 mins I get another call from him saying he's waiting for us and I tell him I'm waiting for the baggage (mind you, he had a very heavy indian accent and spoke really fast and I kept asking him to repeat himself which probably got him more irritated). I get my bag and get a 3rd call and this time he said he's been waiting for over 2 hours for us and I just ignored him and said we're on our way. The ride was good (he drove like a new yorker, driving in between the lanes, merging without signaling, squeezing in between different cars etc... all of which i didn't mind because i knew it wasn't my car and if anything happened it was on him). I get to the hotel fine, tipped the man $5 and that was that.
24 hours before my departure from nyc, i call the hotline to confirm my departure time and pickup and confirmed it was 13:10pm on Saturday at the hotel. Fast forward to departure, the driver calls at 12:45pm, i tell him we're packing up now and will be checking out soon, and i tell him 5-10 mins depending on how quickly we can check out. (his name was Jimmy and drives a black Cadillac sedan). So 12:55pm comes and he calls and I tell him we're checking out now and will be down shortly, he immediately goes "I'm already here and if i need to circle around, it'll take 20 mins". I tell him "I'm trying to hurry we're just in line right now". Jimmy then goes off "if i need to drive around, i will charge you extra." I wanted to say "i want to see you try" but I didn't. i tell him "I was told pick up is at 1:10pm but i will come out now and just call on my own to checkout" (which is exactly what I did).
Maybe it's the Jersey culture, to try and hustle everybody. I mean i was told by the first indian driver he was waiting for over 2 hours for me (which in my head, that's your fault if you did because you have my flight information and knows exactly when I land, or just trying to get me to hurry so you can get in another ride), and then told by the second driver he'll charge me extra for him having to circle around when he was early.
Or maybe because we look "younger" or because we're Asian. But the whole time i was in Jersey (airport transportations, at the airport, at the stores, TSA interactions, flight attendant) I've gotten pretty bad interactions.
Use this service if it's included in a package from costco (i mean why wouldn't you if it's already included), but if you were to go out of your way for this company and book through them, just use Uber/Lyft. It's going to be a lot better.

Don't book with this compagny
We cancelled our booking for a ride on the 8th of March because of Covid.
They promissed to return the money on short term.
After almost 8 months and 10 e-mails further we have had all the excuses you can think of.
Like "there is nobody in the office" "Everybody is working from home so we can't tranfer the money" "We have 5000 reservations where we have to pay back the money. Please be patient" and so on and so on.
But still today no money back on my account.
Don't trust them !!!!!

First of all, Antoine was fantastic and a real cool customer behind the wheel!! He was courteous and timely. This was my family's first time in NYC, and I was a bit anxious about using a car service. He made the ride enjoyable and I felt like my family was in good hands. Imagine my relief that he was our return driver to JFK. The SUV was very clean and comfortable. The Jazz playing on the premium sound system was a nice touch as well!! I don't usually write reviews but I felt compelled to share my experience.

The absolute worst and most unprofessional service I have ever encountered in my traveling experience.
Unfortunately I had no choice in the matter due to a package booked through Costco (they have since been notified of this horrible vendor).
For airport pickup, no confirmation was provided, no car or details of pickup were given; multiple phone calls and long wait times finally a car came after over 45 minutes of waiting.
For departure even a worse experience. During confirmation I was told the car would come 4 hours prior to my flight departure time, I was given no explanation as to why such a early pickup time for a domestic flight. Then I get a message on my phone that there are delays and no cars available, they were unable to confirm any vehicle. Again long wait times and holding times on the phone, they could never confirm or provide a vehicle.
Ultimately I had to use to Uber to get to the airport, and I literally had a car arrive within 2 minutes. Why should a car service like this even exist in this era of Uber and Lyft? They are inadequate for the job and have horrendous service, and offer no accountability.
Please do not ever use this service.

Then I get a message on my phone that there are delays and no cars available, they were unable to confirm any vehicle. Again long wait times and holding times on the phone, they could never confirm or provide a vehicle.
Ultimately I had to use to Uber to get to the airport, and I literally had a car arrive within 2 minutes. Why should a car service like this even exist in this era of Uber and Lyft? They are inadequate for the job and have horrendous service, and offer no accountability.
Please do not ever use this service.
