I'm really not someone to write reviews or come off as rude but I really had a bad experience here that in my opinion must happen frequently. Do not waste your money on a manicure or pedicure here, gel or otherwise. I bled on multiple fingers during cuticle cutting (very badly) and the gel peeled off within 2 days. Whole process took over 2 hours because staff was chatting and doing each other's hair and nails. FYI, a slow day for your business doesn't mean your customers have nowhere else to be. If the booking time on your site says 35 or 20 mins, that's what we expect. Horrible experience, quality was worth more like $10 than $88. Honestly wish I had gone to a regular nail salon up the street considering my nails were peeling the day I left for vacation.

I came here for a Red Door Signature Facial and a Milk and Honey Sugar Body Glow scrub. From the moment I walked down the opulent hallway I was greeted with a friendly staff member offering me a glass of refreshing fruit infused water. The decor is absolutely beautiful and heavenly in this place. She escorted me to a changing room and provided me with a lush robe, slippers and a locker to store my belongings. I sat for no more than 5 minutes in a relaxing waiting area before I was met by the women who would be doing the body scrub. The room was tranquil, dimly lite, with soft music playing while she massaged the scrub over my body....and it had an amazingly nice smell to it, She wiped it down with warm towels and escorted me back to the changing room to the showers to rinse off. She waited and wrapped me back in another lush robe. My skin has never felt as soft as it did that day. Next up was the signature facial. It was in a different room but the same tranquil, relaxing setting. It was a 60 minute facial that was heavenly. She did some minor extractions, massaged lotions into my skin and wrapped warm towels on my face and neck. She gave me some tips on cleansing my skin and using a moisturizer and was very knowledgeable on skin care (I forgot her name?). I've been to many spas but this is my favorite one so far...I can't wait to go back.
