Had a great night with my wife at this show. Having seen the Las Vegas productions of Penn&Teller and David Copperfield, for magic fans, this is much, much better. The show takes place in Tannen's Magic Shop in central Manhattan (near Macy's), with seats for about 15 people. Noah presents quite a few close up magic tricks, with audience participation for most (don't worry, nothing embarrassing!). The ticket price also includes a glass of Champagne (Veuve Clicque on the night I visited). Overall my favourite experience from my recent trip to NYC! Tip - Get there early to get a seat in the front row - you WONT be disappointed.

We had a great time watching Noah's amazing magic show and learning about Tannen's Magic Shop, which is a must-visit. The magic was incredible, Noah involved all the members of the audience, and it was a very special and unusual night out. It's also in an odd location - in a nondescript building that you would normally walk by - so it's a quirky place to discover. I've lived in NYC for 20 years and it was all new to me. Highly recommended for locals and visitors.

This place is a gem. Really unique concept, intimate, and everyone is so nice. Noah is fantastic with the tricks and engages with the audience the whole night. The magic really does blow your mind, especially the card tricks. Show is a little over an hour. Get there around 7:30 or before for the best seats! And stick around after the end to chat with the magician.

Very uncomfortable seats only involved a few people in front row the location was in a construction zone and he talked too much about old time magic and only performed approximately 5 tricks in the 75 min period don’t go to this show and don’t waste your money

The show is advertised as in intimate experience. Unfortunately intimacy is far from the right description. We were told to arrive at 7:45 for an 8:00 show. Little did we know that arriving earlier would allow for better seating. The show is based on slight of hand techniques and the magician is very good. However if seated in the back row as we were the visual experience is not up to par. Additional the “bar” seats are quite uncomfortable. The magician involves the front row most of the show and on one rare occasion includes the back row. It was very difficult to see the tricks from the back row. There should be a rotation of seating at some point during the show to allow for equal experience. I found this show fell short of its competitors- joshua jay , nomad magic and Steve Cohen. While well intentioned it was a poor experience for those sitting in the back row and allowing individuals to enter prior to the designated time was less than ideal.
