    Dire.
Over priced; lacking in laughs, cheap racism on display, desperately trying unfunny compare. The Mexican Lade comic was good. They also force you to buy two over priced drinks per person. Small pokey room. Avoid.

    Beware
Comedians were pretty good. Beware: cramped space, no table to set your drink on, there is a 2-drink minimum, they add a gratuity to the bill that you cannot see since its dark when they give you the bill and collect the money, and the drinks are terribly gross. If you're paying that much for a drink, they should at least use name-brand alcohol.

    fun enough
we had fun, wasn't expecting much. there were about 8-10 comedians, none fantastic but good enough. we had gotten free tickets via Eventbrite (also check Groupon). we knew about the 2 drink minimum but thought it not cool they add in the gratuity and another "fee" and a charge to use a credit card. 3 waters and a rum&coke cost $40. I guess they have to earn enough to pay the rent, etc...

    IT'S A SCAM.....
We bought tickets from a street guy with a hand drawn sign (1st red red flag), and he promised certain well known comedians (lie #1), he said there was a two drink minimum, but he would wave that (lie #2), water was available for us if we wanted. We got to the club and the bathrooms were disgusting, and the waiter came up and said no one could wave the 2 drink minimum. So we ordered a water, a canned drink, and a mixed drink. I had no idea what was in the mixed drink, but it tasted like industrial cleaner. He came back after and brought a second round, and I refused the second drink because the first was so bad. At the end of the show he gave us our tab worth $63 for 2 canned drinks and 2 waters plus a handsome tip. When I told him I couldn't stomach the mixed drinks he said it didn't matter, and he demanded the money. This is a scam. Never buy these tickets from a street vendor, and especially don't go to this club.

My girlfriend and I purchased tickets in Times Square for $20. Got home and read the reviews and felt concerned ... but had no reason to be. Show was excellent and ran from 9-11pm. Yes, there were a few dud comedians in there but the vast majority were very good, particularly the two final performers. The host Alex also did an outstanding job. The two drink minimum makes it expensive (when you consider we paid $40 for our two tickets). Drinks cost between $6-12. It's an intimate club (there was no more than 40 people at our showing) but the entire crowd had a good night of laughs.

We brought tickets but when we showed up it was as if no one had a clue what was going on. The time was completely wrong on the ticket and the guy running the show was MIA. Seeing them try to figure this out was funnier then the show. The guy finally shows up and makes no effort to apologize for the mix up. He really didn’t have many people to apologize to since we were the only paying costumers the rest of the 8 or so people where family or friends. The comedy was not funny and was centered around us way to often. The only thing I was thinking was is there an easy way to escape. Worst time I’ve ever had in a comedy club. Go to a different club where professionals work.

I've been to two comedy clubs in New York City, the other being LOL in its old Times Square location, which I visited during a previous trip to the city. I visited Broadway Comedy Club during my most recent visit in February of 2023 and it was definitely the better of the two. The place had a more professional feel and friendlier staff. The show was enjoyable and had its moments, but the show would go several minutes at a time without a laugh. They do place the sound system's speakers in odd places in the venue and one of them was right over my table, causing a little discomfort in my right ear.

They have a pretty extensive drink menu, which is good because they have a strictly enforced two-drink minimum purchase. They have several food items, as well, but unfortunately, food purchases don't count toward the drink requirement. I personally would rather just pay more at the door and have more flexibility in what I purchase, but that is their business model.

We had a great time at the comedy club. Our flights were cancelled, so we came into town meaning to catch last minute tickets to a Broadway show, which we ended up being too late for due to some public transit issues. We dodged the gent selling comedy tickets in Times Square, but he gave us the idea to check out the club. So glad we did! We got our tickets online as we were in line. The strict two drink minimum was a surprise, but it was fine. The real surprise came after the show, when the two drink minimum hit the bladder and the restroom line was long. We loved the comics! Al Allubel Lubel, we loved you, and Troy Bond, and all the others we saw. One gal was a total flop, but at least she realized it and excused herself gracefully, and Troy picked up the pieces flawlessly.

We attended the 8:00 p.m. show, a combination of song and improv, inspired by the lyrics of the various songs. The negative reviews I've seen center on the stand-up comedy show. But the improv show was fabulous: funny with rapid-fire sketches performed by the four actors. Probably rated on the edge of PG and PG-13. A good choice especially on a Monday night when the Broadway theaters are dark.

We traveled from Arkansas
I been to comedy clubs before and this was horrible from the drinks to new comics to the service. My wife and I ordered a Vodka and orange juice. I told the waiter this is not vodka. He got belligerent and said that is what we have and I said I'm not paying for these drinks. He brought us another round and same thing. I sent then back and he came to are table and said if don't like the drinks you can leave. So we said okay. He charged my credit card for four drinks and 20.00 a piece for tickets. 80.00 scam.
