There were about 10ish people performing during about 1.5 hours. The quality of humour varied greatly. Some performers were very good, but few had too long and awkward pauses and poor jokes and performed poorly. Overall - average, but a bit towards positive. 2 drinks minimum is standard as I understand.

Bought tickets for a comedy club off the street, promised Tina fey among many other famous comedians - being travelers we don't have wifi access and thus couldn't check on this. We decided to trust the man who named himself Brady and purchased two tickets at $30us each - he assured us they were cheap as it was last minute... More

First you've got to accept that whatever they advertise, the actual ticket price is close to $40 per head ( $20 for ticket bought from street vendor plus $20 for compulsory 2 drinks purchased). For 90 minutes of really very good comedy, I thought that was pretty good value. -especially in this town. I took my 2 teenagers ( show... More

I am giving 2 stars just because overall I had a fun night with my dad and sister, other wise it would be lower. We are locals and decided to do something different and fun. When buying the tickets, Sergio told us that it was the 50th anniversary show, and Amy Poehler and Tina Fey were headlining. He sold us... More

On our trip to New York we wanted to experience as much as possible, including a comedyshow. Didn't look up any reviews before ordering tickets for a show in the Broadway Comedy Club. (With a discount) the day of the show I found the reviews on TripAdvisor and they scared me a little bit. However, most of the reviews were... More

I "RESERVED" table for 2 & "PAID" fee online for 10pm show. We traveled all the way from SUFFOLK COUNTY. Was late 20 mins due to traffic 3 blocks away. Was turned away at the door, because our "RESERVED" seating was sold to walk-in patrons. What's the purpose of selling Reserved tickets, if you're not reserving anything. Very UNPROFESSIONAL &... Caught the 9pm show here on the Friday night having been at their sister club in Greenwich Village the night before. Both shows were fantastic and a great mix of comedians (5 in total) who are circuit pros having done some tv work as well on the comedy channels. The tickets the night before cost us $15 each and we... More

My husband and I have been here 2 times. They have an assortment of styles of comedians. Most of them are newbies, but they're all usually pretty good. I like the close set up of the audience. If you go on Groupon, you might find a deal like I did. Only $22 for two of us, which included an alcoholic... More

We purchased tickets for this show from a street vendor. The price was good and the vendor was knowledgeable about the show. When we arrived at the show, we were instructed that there was a 2 drink min per person. That was fine, but we didn't expect it. The show was fun, the space was dark and a little dated... More

The potential is there for a good night of comedy but also a few tips to save money and not be ripped off: A woman approached my girlfriend and I in Times Square offering tickets for a comedy night. We were told $30 each but then that was quickly changed to $20 each and then she eventually did them for... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
