Go to see it! It's a must. I really enjoyed the show. The dancers were incredible! À ne pas manquer!! Le meilleur spectacle sur Broadway. Les danseurs sont incroyables!

From start to finish it was wonderful! Small intimate stage, with the cast so close and their precision in sync. The dancing, the singing, the energy and those muscles. How could you not sit back and imaging a time when it existed. And then want to just jump up there and Shimmy-Shake? Well you will want to. My daughter is... More

They know how to put on a show in New York! The Ambassador theater is quaint and it makes you feel part of the show. The Actor/actresses were amazing! You must go see!

Chicago was energetic and intriguing. The singing, acting, and dancing was very good. The plot was a little all over the place at first but the time ended up flying by. The music was catchy and the cast was very funny. Ambassador Theater was horrible - the seats were way too close together, which would be my only complaint.

I enjoyed this show, but didn't think it measured up to some others, even though the performers were excellent. The story line wasn't as good as some others. To be fair, I had just seen An American in Paris and Something Rotten, which are hard acts to follow.

This was my first visit to NYC and first Broadway show. Decided to see Chicago as it has been around for 20 years and is still popular. While the music was very good, I was disappointed that there was no set, props, or costumes. I was expecting to be blown away by the grandness of it all. There seemed to... More

I really love Chicago music. I have the CD, seen the movie, etc. The scenario is too simple and I expected more. But its a great musucal.

I came to see Chicago on my recent trip to New York. I was surprised at how close (4 rows from the stage) I was sat as I thought I had booked the cheapest tickets. The show was fabulous. It has a different vibe from the film (which is where I feel some of these negative reviews are coming from.)... More

Very disappointed in this play. The orchestra was on stage, no costumes or set design. Everyone wore black leotards and a few actors played different roles. I was very underwhelmed. The actor who played Billy Flynn spoke quickly and with an accent so he was a little hard to understand. I really missed the excitement of a Broadway show with... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
