Hello Jesse Martin-Alexander Despite the fact that you approached us with an angry and disrespectful behavior We would like to apologize for what occurred early that morning at around 2:00 AM While you had initially booked your reservation for 11:40 PM, your plane was delayed, tracking systems stated that you would land at about 1:54 AM At which point the driver had entered the terminal with a sign that had your name on it. Keep in mind the driver had been tracking your flight since the original start time of 11:40 PM, however it appeared that you had actually landed before 1:54 AM. Our dispatcher then received a call from you. During the call you appeared to be nervous as you were screaming at our dispatcher despite him attempting to get you into contact with the driver. We are sad to hear that 5 minutes after the call you decided to take an Uber, having no consideration for our driver who was still waiting for you inside despite the 2 hour delay. Our call system keeps all records of all calls and messages received. Please send the proof and the corresponding screen shots of your cell phone and the copy of the e-mails, after a revision, if you are right, the amount of your trip will be returned in its entirety even if you have made the trip. In 20 years of our companies existence, no one has ever made such an insignificant, ridiculous, and irrelevant claim, for having received a courtesy call to be able to locate you inside the air terminal. You never put in the passenger notes that it was a special event, so we proceeded to put your name as the reservation said. You never said that your wife's name was of terrifying importance to this trip. No one in our 20 years ever thought of counting the greeters inside the terminal, which are usually no more than 2 or 3. You said you counted 15. No one ever told us in 20 years that they felt embarrassed that thier wife's name hadn't been on the driver's sign. We would like you to prove that the car was dirty. Never in 20 years have we received the amount of e-mails that you sent for such an insignificant claim. For the reasons listed we have not responded to the e-mail as soon as you required, because it seemed to us an irrelevant claim. But we have realized that you are making a story up to get some economic benefit. Our clients are kind, gentle, and generous, we are not used to receiving claims of this meaningless tenor. I think you made a mistake, the company you should continue traveling with is Uber, our company is not good for you.
