Neighborhood: Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

I dragged my friends here for my birthday weekend. I thought it would be fun for us all to work together and see if we could escape the room. As soon as you arrive they walk you through what to expect and tell you the rules. Once your locked in your basically in there with no way out until you find the key. Good luck!!!! We were down to the last clue but since we only had 1 min left we were basically screwed. So much fun and would definitely do it again.

Just visited Mystery Room NYC for my son's 12th birthday. Had no idea idea what to expect and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. It was exceptionally well thought out and very challenging. We had two adults and two teens in addition to two twelve year olds and everyone played a role in our "escape". Never boring and very intense as you try to beat the clock. If you have an hour and want to do something different, this is worth it.

My kids had a blast! I have a 10 and 7 yr old. They love solving puzzles. My daughter said being in the room is more fun and thrilling for her. She said it is like a puzzle in 3D.

I had a global team meeting in NYC and was looking for the perfect event and this was it! The team was still talking about it the next day and how much they enjoyed it. I would recommend for any group looking for a fun way to fill an hour.

My friends and I love room escape games, and this did not disappoint! We did the Cafe Belim room and it was super challenging and cerebral, but our cluemaster Kat was fantastic. She gave perfect hints—never intervening when we didn't need it, never giving away anything explicitly, and never making anything too easy. The diversity of the puzzles was great, and the thrill of getting out with 6 seconds to spare was awesome. Thanks, Kat!

We went in as a group of 4 friends in the Cafe room. It was indeed fun and takes effort to solve the mysteries. They had a nice mix of different kinds of challenges. Loved it!
