We had a wonderful time, as always, on Ghost Tours of the OBX. Our guide this time was the costumed Dread Pirate, Diane. We have toured with Keith, too, who is also awesome. We learned the meanings of a number of popular culture terms that...More

We did the Graveyard of the Atlantic tour. We are in the habit of participating in a ghost tour on nearly all our vacations. This one was not what I expected, but it was still very entertaining. Our daughter age 9, my husband, and I...More

Matt was our guide - he did a great job. He is an awesome storyteller, putting a modern fun twist on all the historical info. The teens thought it was fun to hold the EMF detector, it went off several times, Matt took the time...More

Great night out for all the family including kids from age 11 to 20. Manteo is a beautiful little town and it’s great to hear some of the stories from its past that were really brought to life by our guide BJ. Excellent way to...More

We very much enjoyed the ghost tour and the antics of BJ our lovely tour guide. The only downside was the cold wind. If you decide to do this tour, please dress accordingly and in layers if you go before warm weather hits fully. Was...More

This was the worst tour that I’ve ever been on. The tour guide offered very little factual/historical data and told random stories the entire time that had little relevance to the outer banks. I considered leaving in the first 10 minutes because Diane was so...More

Our family booked this for the fun, and it is what we had. Our guide was dressed in period costume, we liked that from the beginning! He was a great storyteller, keeping our grandsons attention. He let us take his photo with our family at...More

We went on the walking Graveyard of the Atlantic tour and learned all about Blackbeard and the other pirates of the area. We really enjoyed it and never would have guessed that there was that much history regarding pirates tied into that area! Well worth...More

Well worth the 15.00 price. We had Julia and she was very knowledgeable about OBX history, and shared fun ghost stories. The walk through the village was beautiful and we learned about new sights to check out next year.

We took the ghost tour. It was a beautiful walk around Manteo. The tour is historically entertaining and informative. The guides dress in period costumes. It is not scary but worth the money.

Yes, my mom went with us and she’s 79. It’s a leisurely pace & there are places to sit at a couple of the stopping points.
