The Guaranteed Dolphin Watch is our most popular tour from June to October....

The Guaranteed Dolphin Watch is our most popular tour from June to October. This two hour cruise is ideal for all ages. You will hear a factual narration on the Bottlenose Dolphin. Dolphin mating and birthing observed on many cruises. See the most respected aquatic mammal in it's natural habitat. Breathtaking views are all around you on this tour. Our large viewing areas offer everyone a good spot. Each vessel is covered for sun protection with a restroom on board and Coast Guard inspected. Our crews are usually native to the Outer Banks. They love to answer questions and show off the local area to all of our visitors. We believe you'll have the time of your life and it will be the most memorable afternoon of your trip to the Outer Banks.

We had a beautiful evening and saw dolphins within ten minutes of setting out. Captain Johnny was very informative and entertaining. The ride was relaxing. We were expecting the dolphins to be energetic and playful but they were shy and low key. We have since found out that that is how these dolphins are supposed to be and it was... More

We loved Captain Johnny's dolphin tour! The captain was very knowledgable and funny! The captain found a family of dolphins and then we followed them and they came right up to the boat. It was amazing!

My daughter and I took the sunset dolphin cruise and it was so enjoyable! The boat is a large pontoon and there were about 30 passengers but there was plenty of room for all. The captain made a real effort to find the Dolphins and we were able to see many. The sunset on the water was exceptional!

Our dolphin sunset tour was a highlight of our trip to the OBX. It took nearly the whole 2 hour tour till the captain found some dolphins but once he did...WOW! While we were looking for the critters we covered a lot of ground in the bay. Made it all the way past the Bodie Island Lighthouse and beyond toward... More

Family operated dolphin tour located on Roanoke Island. Pros: Lots of parking. Shaded place to sit before to departing. Guaranteed to see dolphins or you can come back for a free tour (we saw a ton of dolphins when we went) Family owned and operated (4th generation). Dolphins were seen within feet of the boat. Dolphins are truly wild, not... More

My girlfriend and I did the 10 am tour. They had a coupon that made it $20/person for a 90 min tour of the sound that guarantees a dolphin sighting or a free 2nd trip! It started to rain, and since my shirt got soaked, the capt gave me a free t-shirt! He had a good sense of humor! Didn't... More

My wife says this was her favorite thing to do in the OBX. You can expect to see dolphins in their natural habitat. They aren't going to be jumping a lot or swimming on their tale with most of their body out of the water. No. This is the real way they should be experienced, free and all natural. Captain,... More

A fun trip--we saw lots of dolphins and a nice sunset, and rode a boat. Other reviewers may be expecting the Disney Jungle Cruise or something, but this was time well spent on an actual sightseeing boat out in the sound. (Note: it's hard to identify the business, because they go by several names and have various phone numbers, but... More

Hauled out from Corolla - 17 of us with 7 teens and 2 kids (6 and 9) who were super excited about the tour. As soon as we got on, the captain was surly and irritable - as if he'd had a bad day at his day job. He warmed up a little, but then started taking and making work... More
