The customer service at this establishment was very poor. Our server kept walking away from my group-mates and I mid-sentence, didn't answer any of our questions, and seemed to be disinterested in any attempts at light conversation. The first time that our server ignored/walked away from us, I thought maybe he hadn't heard us. When it happened five more times, however, I knew that not only was it not an accident, it was deliberate. Needless to say, this associate was very rude. Upon ordering our food, I was disappointed in the quality of our food. The cinnamon pretzel that we ordered was lukewarm, and not very enjoyable. Our overall experience with this company was unpleasant.

Poor service. Asked for a table for four outside. Host sat us, a server then told us all the tables outside were reserved. People sitting at 4/10 tables. Asked if we had a quick beer if we could use a table, we were told no. Went to the bar for 2 beers and left. Upon leaving there were still 4 open tables outside. Not like any other brewery!

Well another year gone by.. another snow bird winter retreat in Titusville... and again... had terrific time; beer & service at the Playalinda Brewing Company located in historic downtown Titusville.
Was a couple of relatively cold days/nights when we visited ..and their porters really hit the spot.
Friendly folks, great service... and an overall fun place to experience/learn and imbibe on the liquid bread of the gods.
Will see you again next year. Prosit!

So glad that Titusville gained such a great hang out. The establishment is clean, the staff and owners are friendly, the beer is great and they are always introducing fun flavors. I love that they offer games (Connect 4, Cards Against Humanity, and Battleship, just to name a few), and the giant Jenga set they have set up out front always makes for a good time. I'm not a brewery connoisseur, but Playalinda Brewing Company definitely seems top of the line. It's definitely a must go if you live in the area or are just passing though! Because of certain rules and regulations, they don't offer any cooked or prepared food, but they do have some snacks such as Zappos chips (yum!), smoked fish dip and chips from our local fish market, and a meat and cheese platter that is plenty for a small group of friends. If you're really hungry though, bring your own meal or have something delivered, they don't mind at all!

Beer and Donut tasting event piqued my interest. Unfortunately, there were no more donuts available. When you enter into this place you get that old western vibe which I like. The beers were good and unique. The food was mediocre, and a bit pricey. I purchased a smoke salmon dip which was good, but I wouldn’t value this at $10 (my opinion). Overall, it’s a nice place to chill and enjoy some brews.

Hello there! Thank you so much for visiting! We're so sorry we ran out of the donut pairing before you were able to enjoy one. We try to make sure that we have enough, but sometimes those things are hard to predict. We hope to see you again soon, cheers!

While visiting Titusville, Fl. we hear of a local Micro Brewer so decided to check it out. Playalinda Brewing Company was very nice in side with a very long bar with a lot of seating in a long narrow space. The stainless steal tank are opposite the bar with long social table them and the bar. There was a food menu, but where the food comes from I did not find out, since we were enjoying the many unique brews. It was very cool that they had Chive TV facing the customers so everyone was laughing and did not have their heads in the phones which was refreshing to see. There were two attentive bar person so there was no waiting for you second or third beer. NICE!! The pricing was good and samples were no problem. We would go back in a snap.

We stopped in Playalinda Brewing Company which is also known as the Brix Project for a late lunch. They had a very limited menu with respect to food but I finally ordered some sort of steak and cheese sandwich. It was terrible. I split it with my husband and it’s the first time I’ve ever seen him refuse to eat something beyond the first bite. We didn’t have a beer. I’m hoping that its the beer that keeps this business successful because the food definitely won’t.

Hello, we are very disappointed to hear about your recent visit to Brix Project. It sounds like you had the Prime Rib on Sourdough, which is typically one of our most popular items on our lunch menu. We’re very sorry for this less than stellar experience and hope that you will give us another chance in the future. Thank you for your feedback.

Good place to get local brew. Titusville has been in need of a little more culture downtown and the folks at Playalinda Brewing hit the nail on the head with a few exceptions. It really is just a pub, don't expect food, though cheese anc crackers are an option there. Our cheese came in a box and the cheese was shrink wrapped, that we had to open on our own. Folks will often purchase pizza from across the street and eat it with their PBC at the sidewalk tables. Casual and easy going.

Definitely a hidden gem! The service staff was friendly and we were sat rather quickly, Maggie our server was very attentive and had a great attitude. The food was well prepared with good portion size and the prices were reasonable. We orderd the cheeseburger for my 4 year old, and then shared the buffalo cauliflower and a flatbread and had plenty left over for the next day. The birthday cake beer treat was over the top and was greatly appreciated as were celebrated my birthday. The craft beers were also amazing, we did a flight including the Robobaut, Pleasure Chest, Transitive IP, Pineapple Pants and Nitro Herd Mentality were delicious and highly recommended.

We had dinner here and truly enjoyed our beer flights and food. The number and diversity of beers here is interesting and fun. Service at the bar was attentive and prompt. Food was fresh and tasty.
I would add a big caution about the beer flights though. Be sure your server tells you the actual price of your flight choices before you order them. We got a vague estimate of "2 or 3 dollars per pour" but ended up getting charged $19 (!) for one of our flights of 5 beers. Management could avoid this unpleasant shock by just posting pour prices instead of relying on staff who may or may not communicate clearly. Other than that, we enjoyed the place.

Hello there, thank you so much for visiting and we're happy that you had a great time! In regards to your flight - some of our beers that are high in alcohol come in smaller pour sizes and discounts are not reflected in the flight price. For example, a beer that is served in a 5 oz glass that is $6 would still be $6 in the flight b/c our taster glasses are 5 oz. In comparison, a 16 oz beer would be $2 in a 5 oz taster. Regardless, you are absolutely correct about adding pricing to our menus and we will address with our management team. Thank you so much and we hope to see you again soon.
