Bad, bad, bad location. Parking is a joke. Better stay in a nearby hotel, or take the trolley. What were these clowns thinking. Musta been some payola crossing hands somewhere.

I attended a game on Jackie Robinson Day, where all of the players wear #42 in honor of the Dodger Hall-of-Famer. This is another new style open stadium, and I had really wonderful seats -- just past the visitor's dugout on the third base side....More

Sometimes a ballgame is not necessarily about the success of the team. There is something to be said for visiting stadiums and seeing what makes each unique besides their city or state. That was the incentive for us picking us tickets for a night game...More

Is it safe to walk to Petco Park (and back to my hotel) for an evening game? I'll be staying at the Holiday Inn Express Downtown which doesn't look too far from Petco. Thanks!

We have done this option before from the same hotel and I would say walking to the game in the early evening is OK but after the game I would walk out to the Gaslamp area and get a cab. The walk to the park is all downhill... More
Hi. Coming from New Zealand and want to take my kids to a game. I see that they have lots of kid events on the Sunday but do they normally have good crowds on those days? Or are Fridays and Saturdays normally the busiest? (they are playing the Marlins when we are there). Thanks

Sunday would be fine. It's never too crowded. I prefer afternoon games. Have a wonderful time in San Diego.
Hi, will there be any games on at the beginning of November? Thanks in advance 😊

The season may be over but they still offer tours of the ballpark twice a day. Once at 10:30 and again in the afternoon. I believe it's $15 per person.
