This was a first for me and I loved it!!!! Tickets are reasonably priced starting at about $19 and it's none stop entertainment once the game starts! I even got on the big screen!!!! We happened to go on a night when they had a...More

This was the site for The Nerdist's "Camp Conival". The event was poorly thought out, with lame entertainment options and insufficient supplies. The park entry was a pain too. Security searched every person and their belongings before entry, no beverages allowed. Would return next year...More

In town for a quick vacation and went to check out a Padres game, even though we are not regular fans. The ball park is just at the edge of the historic Gaslamp district, and it is super easy to get to. We took the...More

Petco Park is an amazing MLB facility; clean, well marked, and not a bad seat in the house! Scored some upper level box seats on StubHub to see the Yankees and Padres play and couldn't have been happier with the overall experience at the park....More

There is a lot of history here. I found it interesting. It's definately worth a visit. Parking is very accessible. They often use the ground for events other than baseball. I visited when the winter wonderland was on. Kids had a great time.

Typical up to date ballpark. Plenty of concession stands so you never had to wait too long. My favorite part was all the craft beer they had there. Rows of different breweries. It was also pretty clean overall but staff were definitely not checking tickets...More

The ball park is located in the heart of San Diego. You can grab a lunch in Gaslamp before the game or a drink after. Great ambiance arround the park. Great view of downtown seating in the upper deck.

Loved the place, it is a truly magnificent park. My only negative is the VERY High prices at this stadium and we have been to most of them.

While in town for business we had the opportunity to see a San Diego Padres game. I have gone to most of the MLB parks and I have to say that I LOVED this place. The baseball game was not great itself, but the park...More

Take one of the tours they offer each day. I believe there's one at 10:30 each morning. It ranges from $12-15 per person and they cover a lot of stuff about the ballpark during the tour.

You'll find a lot of local micro brews throughout the park so perhaps maybe unofficially the "official drink" here is a nice cold draft beer. As for food it's hard to pick something out, again the food is primarily clones... More
