We had a great time. They were simply the best. They even provided glasses lanyards. We spent hours looking for one but nobody had them. That's great service!
I almost booked the wrong company with the almost same name on the same street with the same pricing, etc...because the other company offer 20% off discount code on-line. Their company logos were very different though. This company does not offer discounts, their jet skis and life jackets have the design of the American flag. Make sure the weather was warm because it gets cold and windy out there.

Fantastic Experience !!
I have rented Jet Skies over the past few years from about 3 different companies.
They were ok, borderline unprofessional, but I thought that's the way they all are.
I couldn't have been more wrong. San Diego Bat Adventures is a Top Notch company. I had a few questions to ask after making the online reservation. Kathy was amazing. She was patient and kind and very gracious. I haven't even shown up and I am impressed.
When my son and I arrived we were very glad to see the check in area was decked out very nicely. We were getting ready for a tropical adventure. Everyone was very professional and nice. They truly made us feel welcome. They even provided us with a light wet suit top due the the cool weather at no extra charge. Thy have very nice, clean restroom facilities on site ( not all do). The Jet Skis were in top notch condition and performed perfectly. We had a great time out on the bay. We ventured west to the Submarine base and bait barge, and then Jetted down to the Coronado Bridge, Symphony Shell, Midway . San Diego Bay is beautiful and it was great to do some sight seeing from the water. We were only able to take the 75 minute ride, but I highly recommend 2 hours if you can so you have more time to enjoy the sights.
We were warmly greeted and even given brownies upon our return, Yum!
This was by far the best Jet Ski Experience we have had. I will be back.

This is definitely the most professional business in San Diego that rents wave runners. Location, facilities, the staff and the waverunners we’re all top quality and top notch. I’ve rented waverunners from many operators over the years, especially here in San Diego, but SD Adventures is heads and shoulders above the rest.

We had a blast! The operation is very smooth here, they go over everything with you, and give you cubbies for your belongings. There are also cases for your phone to bring on the jetski. We were impressed with the staff, and everything was very clear in terms of directions and rules. Would highly recommend this for anyone visiting or looking for a fun activity in San Diego! They even had brownies for us after our ride. Also, grab a drink after at Coastera down the street for great views! There were some waves when we went in the Bay, so you may need to watch your speed if you have any back/neck issues. Make sure you arrive 45 min early to go over everything.

This Place was the best. I had a group of 19, Kathy and the crew at San Diego Adventures took care of us with the highest level of customer service. They made it their personal mission that we have the best time out on the bay. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good time out on the water.

Our visit to San Diego Bay Adventures was a very memorable one. The customer service that we received was outstanding. We recommend the Early Bird special. The Bay was clear of others boats and the water was calm. The cost was very reasonable and gave us some remarkable memories. Their rules were clearly understandable and upon arriving early they immediately acknowledged us and started the process to get us out on the water.

Outstanding!! Our family had such an excellent experience at San Diego Bay Adventures! From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were awesome and very friendly. They made safety a high priority and the jet skis were high performance and could get up to high speed if you are looking for excitement!!! We really enjoyed riding around the bay and looking at the city. When we went back from the ride we were greeted with drinks(coffee and hot chocolate)and smiles! Suzie was so sweet and took a few family pictures for us. Thank you so much and we definitely be back! :)

Took a trip to San Diego and wanted to do something a bit different on this day, doing the jet ski's was differently the 1. We had to book first and wait a bit 2hrs but that was no big issue recommend booking in advance if u want to avoid the wait. Once the paperwork and safety video was done we was off. I would use these guys again as they put you at ease especially if you haven't done it before and before you know it the time is up, that's what happens when your having fun. Highly recommend these guys.

SD Bay Adventures’ staff was very helpful. They provided guidance and briefed on safety. I had my 12 year old grandson ride with me. It was thrilling and enjoyed the entire 2 hrs ride. I plan to make it at least an yearly event.
I highly recommend anyone planning to rent jet skis should rent with them. Excellent service and equipment.

John and crew hooked us up for an epic ride around our beautiful San Diego Bay. Skis were in excellent condition and we were provided all operating and safety instructions clearly. If you haven’t done this yet, you should.
