Breathtaking walk with a ton of interesting places along the way. When we were there it was a time when there was a variety of talent competitions along the walk. We saw jugglers, pogo stick acts, musicians, comical acts and many more. Stop and eat at any of the fine restaurant along the way and if you hear music -... More

What a great way to get exercise along with fantastic views. Total one way distance is about 5 miles. You can do some or all of it. It is flat and paved. The walkway runs from the Convention Center, north to Seaport Village, with its many shops, past the fishing marina, USS Midway, Foot of Broadway (with the historic Santa... More

Wow, stunning views of the Pacific Ocean while running in San Diego. It can be quite windy but you can run at tempo without many stoplights for long runs while in downtown area of San Diego.

It was a rainy few days but we picked a sunny period and walked and walked. We saw all the attractions along the harbour and the military ships across the bay at Coronado.

Walk and have a seat to watch the water or jump on a bike taxi. Around the USS MIdway is a nice memorial to Bob Hope and the USO.

In the San Diego bay, you will find a breath of fresh air, time to relax and watch the impressive private yachts that hover in the marina. Luxurious hotels are in the area, as well as lots of restaurants, shops and bars. Its a great spot for when the sun sets.

What a pleasant discovery. You can take a good, long walk around here and never be wrong. The wideness of Bay Walk allows for you to feel uncrowded and to enjoy the views. There are plenty of good restaurants offering fine dining, and not so much, with views to the bay, finding "the one" for you is a matter of... More
