We booked this trip on the spur of the moment when my mom said “I’d like to try sailing, it looks so peaceful.” So I quickly looked sailing tours up online and called the company. Because I use a wheelchair I’ve learned to always call - sometimes people are totally helpful and chill and other times people are clearly hesitant and terrified sounding. This group was so great, said they’ve done it plenty of times before, asked reasonable and respectful questions, and said it’ll be no problem. Captain Allen was very knowledgeable and talked about the history, all about the maritime lifestyle, and boating community in San Diego. It was a beautiful day and lived up to the hype of being so peaceful!!! Mom was pleased, said it was the highlight of the trip.
