Today's tour of Balboa Park was insightful, informative, and engaging throughout. Our guide Brooke, brought a passion and energy to the tour that really set this tour apart. Brooke took an interest in each of the tour participants and tailored her presentation to the interests and desires of today's group. It was clear she was ready for any eventuality and wouldn't rest until everyone went home satisfied. As a solo traveler, I always appreciate guides who do more than read a script and engage with their clients in a way that makes the experience worthwhile and meaningful to everyone. Points also to the back office team on the logistics front as the tour operated on time from start to finish, covered a tremendous amount of ground and far exceeded advertised expectations.
