It’s a nice pleasant walk that wraps around a spot with some small shops but nothing super special. The views are alright but I wouldn’t come here twice unless you’re taking a boat out to Coronado from the ship terminal there.

Love San Diego...even thought it was a busy weekend, we found a nice parking at the Seaport Village. A lot of stuff to see with a lot of attractions relatively close for a family stroll. The sights were impressive and the atmosphere is relaxing. Can...More

Walking along the Embarcadero is a great visual delight with sweeping views of the bay and easy to do with wide sidewalks. If you're there on a Saturday morning, you can shop the fish market of locally sourced seafood that's on a pier located just...More

A pleasant place to stroll along the waterfront, with wide paths and good views across to Coronado Island and the passing boats. Some shade and places to sit, as well as a few pieces of art.

This is a fairly long walkway bordering San Diego's waterfront. We saw a lot of people walking and running here in the morning, and people walking or strolling with kids later in the day. There is a lot to look at with parks on either...More

Nice walk along the bay. Runs along side several hotels, the convention center, Seaport Village, and the Midway Aircraft Carrier Museum. It's wide enough for gentle strolling with your significant other, friends, or family. If you're touring the city, this should probably be on your...More

Walking down the Embarcadero is interesting and relaxing. You can see beautiful water vessels and watch tourists zipping by on their motorized scooters. It's not anything spectacular, but it's certainly an opportunity to get out and get some sunshine and exercise!

I would advise you to go to the public bus web site to get the 100% assurance that you can do this. Sometimes it is hard to find parking space. Or else you need to pay more than what you want.

I walked to the Embarcadero from our hotel in Union Square. Street parking is tough in any city but there are parking garages in the area.
